First off, as ludicrous as this sounds, it is not a joke. Former White House Press secretary James Brady (the namesake of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence) has just been ruled a homicide.
NBC News is reporting the following,
The death of James Brady — President Ronald Reagan’s press secretary who was wounded in the attempt on Reagan’s life in March 1981 — was a homicide, the District of Columbia medical examiner ruled Friday.
The medical examiner said Brady died as a result of the grevious injuries he suffered 33 years ago, which means that gunman John Hinckley Jr. could be charged with Brady’s murder in federal court.
This is likely one of the oldest, if not the oldest, declaration of homicide from an injury sustained during a crime.
John Hinckley Jr. is currently a patient at a mental facility in Washington, D.C.
Since the assassination attempt, Brady and his wife Sarah (mainly his wife Sarah) have pushed for stricter gun laws through their gun control organization, the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
Brady is survived by his wife Sarah, his son, Scott, and daughter Missy.

His brain’s been dead ever since the shooting (well, likely LONG before that, but it’s debatable), so it’s about time the body followed suit.

You guys left out one thing. Laws like that are meant for the people, the government is not required to follow the laws, they only make them, they do not follow them. If you shoot someone and they die 50 years later, then you murdered them. If a government jackboot shoots someone it is justifiable according to standard procedure. You have to rightly divide the word, Laws that control are meant to control the people not the tyranny enforcers. If it empowers someone, it is meant for the enforcers, if it enslaves someone, it is meant for the people. That’s the law, if not obama will change it with an executive order. Who needs freedom and the constitution, we were born to be slaves.
What we need to do is ban lawmakers and bankers.
