Democrats have gone into full damage control mode following a vote in the House of Representatives to sue the President of the United States of America for “executive overreach.” The vote was held yesterday, July 30th which was followed by a flurry of emails out of the official DNC/Obama camp HQ begging the acolytes for donations to combat the lawsuit. Interestingly they also mention in the emails that this is a historical first in America… but are they right?

Privileged Illinois Democratic Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky and others have taken to Twitter, posting photos of themselves eating tuna sandwiches and buying Ramen noodles to show how much they empathize with minimum-wage workers.

That measure would be $3 million.

The NYPD has been hit with a federal lawsuit by a Brooklyn family that claims cops bullied a diabetic teen who was denied insulin while falsely locked up on attempted murder charges.

A massive anthrax attack will hit the city Friday — or at least that’s what 1,500 staffers from a dozen city agencies will hear first thing in the morning, setting off the biggest surprise emergency response drill the city has ever attempted.

The city medical examiner has ruled the death of Eric Garner, the 43-year-old father whose death in police custody sparked national outrage, a homicide, saying a chokehold killed him.

Multiple reports on Wednesday afternoon indicated a baby may have been in distress inside a locked vehicle in Hoboken.

McALLEN, Texas – A Mexican drug trafficker who assaulted a U.S. Border Patrol agent and sent him to the emergency room got his assault charges dismissed in exchange for pleading guilty to drug trafficking charges.

A total of 30,340 unaccompanied minors have already been released from federal custody and placed into foster homes, according to HHS’ Office of Refugee and Resettlement (ORR). Illegal immigrants regularly pass through the brush-covered rural property after swimming across the Rio Grande River. While taking Breitbart Texas on a tour of the land, Anzaldua claimed that his family no longer lives there because the increasing flow of migrants has made it too dangerous.

REYNOSA, Tamaulipas – Hastily painted graffiti in Spanish over the sidewalk at an international bridge serves as a dire warning to those travelling to and from Mexico.

The five letters spray painted in Spanish “Yo CDG” on the concrete serve as a reminder to readers that they are in Gulf Cartel territory, the same territory that for two weeks has been subjected to almost daily firefights as various factions of the cartel fight for control of the areas just south of the Texas border. As the organization’s leadership has weakened, the criminal organization has polarized into rival regional factions with some harsh rivalries and grudges, a Tamaulipas law enforcement official who asked for his name to be kept confidential citing security reasons. The Department of Homeland Security’s report on the facilities housing the recent flood of “unaccompanied alien children” (UAC) from Central America describes conditions where diseases such as tuberculosis (TB) and scabies are spreading, and staff are being exposed to human waste.
