Okay, it does look a little bit creepy. And yet the most ridiculous lawsuit of the day still goes the woman blaming a Dexter poster in between steps at Grand Central Terminal for making her fall.

“The combined nature of the ad along with its placement poses a hazard to people on the steps,” said a lawyer for Ajanaffy Njewadda, the wife of a former Gambian ambassador, to DNA Info. She allegedly lost her husband in a crowd last year and when she saw the face of a serial killer while looking for him, she tripped down the stairs, breaking her ankle and suffering a concussion. A conspiracy is in progress, Lois, the liar Lerner, the infamous IRS employee (our employee) who took the fifth amendment when asked to explain who gave here the order to target TEA PARTY groups is front and center. Have her arrested, throw away the key until she comes clean.

Now we have learned that the email storage company who had the contract to store these IRS emails was given the door at the same time when those emails disappeared. Many people are analyzing the real causes of the recent surge in illegal “immigration” over the Southern border. Some blame a lack of adequate border enforcement, some blame Pres. Obama executive order (the “DREAM Act”), some, including the Prez, blame the huge gap between the living standards in the U.S. and the countries that these “immigrants” came from, and some, including the Prez, blame violence that is prevalent in those countries. It’s been almost a week and still we have seen very little footage or first-hand evidence of what is going on down at the border in ground zero cities like McAllen and Laredo, TX. Contractors built secret man caves in an EPA warehouse, an employee pretended to work for the CIA to get unlimited vacations and one worker even spent most of his time on the clock looking at pornography.

Washington DC – -(Ammoland.com)-  Revising statements he made to Colorado Sheriffs opposed to gun control on June 13, Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper (D) now says “he hasn’t changed his tune” and would sign the ban on “high capacity” magazines again if given the chance.

In the wake of a Bundy Ranch crisis sparked by a militarized federal land-grab effort in Nevada, it seems that the Department of Interior has set its sights on a new prize – this time targeting once protected Indian reservation land on Pine Ridge in South Dakota.

The Oglala Sioux and Lakota Sioux of the reservation have been told by the Federal Government that the National Parks Service will be taking land that comprises the South Unit of the Badlands National Park as a new ‘Tribal National Park’, only the wording in the bill clearly indicates that it will be a federally managed national park under the Department of Interior, giving mere lip service to its tribal title. The Congressional bill has already been written, and if passed through Congress, both tribal members and non tribal members will be stripped of their deeded land – at a price set by the federal government. Today the Supreme Court of the United States issued a ruling in the legal tussle between streaming TV service Aereo and major network broadcasters.

SCOTUS ruled that the decision of the second circuit, which upheld that Aereo was within the bounds of the Copyright Act, shall be reversed. Nearly three-quarters of Germans oppose having permanent NATO military bases in Poland and the Baltic states as a buffer against Russia, a new poll reveals. The opinion reflects a growing trend within Europe opposing further NATO eastern expansion.

In the Forsa poll for the Internationale Politik magazine’s latest edition slated for Friday, 74 percent of those surveyed were against the idea, while only 18 percent supported it, Reuters reports.
