“This is a sign of betrayal”
Police arrested numerous Vietnam veterans during a vigil at a war memorial in New York City last night after the protesters refused to adhere to a 10pm curfew.
The veterans had gathered at the Vietnam Memorial Plaza to protest the 12th anniversary of the war in Afghanistan by reading out the names of deceased US soldiers.
One video shows a man speaking about how veterans are committing suicide. “This is a sign of betrayal….it’s important you know that your government committed immense atrocities during the Vietnam war, we did it every day,” he states.
After the Park Service rejected the group’s application to hold a protest at the site, an all night vigil was planned. The group argued that its first amendment rights superseded the 10pm curfew.
Photographs show veterans being handcuffed and loaded into paddy wagons.
A live stream video recording of the event shows demonstrators chanting, “whose side are you on?” before police, after several verbal warnings, move in to make the arrests.

New York Constitution which defines the state government is what they are REQUIRED to follow, plus support and defend the US Constitution or be removed from office and prosecuted or fined – yeah, that (US Constitution) does mean ALL law enforcement, ALL military, heads of state, the three branches of the fed gov and ALL federal employees.
It (New York Constitution) defines the government of the state of New York and says EXACTLY what all of those who take a state required oath, are in that state’s government, law enforcement in any capacity can and CANNOT LAWFULLY do.
Fire those officers, and then prosecute them. Fire the governor, state legislative body, judicial, executive, Chief of Police, mayor, etc for breaking their oath and see what is on that list of crimes below that applies to them – if they did not fight against it they were complicit, aided.
You do NOT need an election to fire the governor, law enforcement, etc for BREAKING THE LAWFUL CONTRACT THEY ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW – let them take the people of New york to court if they do not like it, but fire them FIRST – including all judges who have not been keeping THEIR oaths. You DO need an election to replace them.
Check on New York laws to see what state laws apply, I am sure there are many.
Preamble says who created this state’s (New York) government – We The People of the State of New York, grateful to Almighty God for our Freedom, in order to secure its blessings, DO ESTABLISH THIS CONSTITUTION.
ARTICLE I, Bill Of Rights

(Amended by vote of the people November 3, 1959; November 6, 2001)
Freedom of speech and press; criminal prosecutions for libel]
§8. Every citizen may freely speak, write and publish his or her sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right; and no law shall be passed to restrain or abridge the liberty of speech or of the press. In all criminal prosecutions or indictments for libels, the truth may be given in evidence to the jury; and if it shall appear to the jury that the matter charged as libelous is true, and was published with good motives and for justifiable ends, the party shall be acquitted; and the jury shall have the right to determine the law and the fact. (Amended by vote of the people November 6, 2001)

Wow, if I didn’t know any better, that Asian cop looks like a Chinese guy fresh off the boat from China. Is that who they are hiring these days? It’s no wonder the police don’t listen to us. Of course, what do you expect from Pee-Wee’s “private army”?
Thank you for posting this. We didn’t see or hear a thing about it.
If these paid traitors were really doing their job, they would be arresting
Bumbo for treason. Not a patriot among them.
Why weren’t the illegal immigrant protestors at the National Mall
arrested? Lesson to the wise: don’t fight for the gov; fight for
your country.
