Politico – by KEVIN CIRILLI Sarah Palin says America will eventually default on its debt and claims that the federal government is “stockpiling bullets in case of civil unrest” to prepare.
“If we are going to wet our proverbial pants over 0.3% in annual spending cuts when we’re running up trillion dollar annual deficits, then we’re done. Put a fork in us. We’re finished. We’re going to default eventually and that’s why the feds are stockpiling bullets in case of civil unrest,” Palin wrote in a Facebook message Tuesday.
The former GOP governor of Alaska was referring to the sequester, the automatic $1.2 trillion cuts in federal funding that take effect Friday unless lawmakers reach a deal.
“D.C.: Cut the Drama. Do Your Job. Americans are sick and tired of yet another ginned-up crisis. D.C. needs to grow up, get to work, and live within its means,” wrote Palin, the GOP’s 2008 vice presidential running mate of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).
She continued: “The real economic Armageddon looming before us is our runaway debt, not the sequester, which the President advocated for and signed into law and is now running around denouncing because he never had any genuine intention of reining in his reckless spending.”
Palin wrote that she wants lawmakers to “stop the hysterics.”
“If we ARE serious about putting our fiscal house in order, then let’s stop the hysterics, tighten our belts, and take our medicine.”

Palin is right, but it’s a shame that she cannot see how sending 500 billion to Israel the last 20 years has added to that deficit, along with ruining good relations with the rest of the world, on top of getting us dragged into conflict with Russia & China over Iran.

Why do I have a feeling the bullets are for a martial law induced manufactured natural disaster set-off by HAARP. Perhaps the new Madrid fault or the ring of fire earthquake zone that includes the entire west coast. Seems like the Czar-government would be able to fool people into giving-up arms under that type of situation…It worked for the Katrina disaster.

the government may have wearhouses loaded with bullets and stuff but absolutly no logistics program. Thier logistics program used for hurricanes is to accpet bid from OT truckers after the fact. OT truckers are usually independent and most of these guys will head home. The government doesn’t have enough people here to preform logistics with government equipment, most of it is overseas. Logistics is the killer, not the bullets. When stores cannot get food due to trucking issues, how will the government get enough trucks to ship out ammo. The post office is under attack and might not survive the collapse, UPS will not be shipping ammo for a governmment that has gone bankrupt, Fed Ex won’t bother…No money! People are just gonna go home, like the police did during NYC hurricane Sandy. Towns will need to police thier own and turn local schools into shelters. Everything will go back to a local level. The biggest issue will be gangs in cities and we all saw by the London riots how well they can handle that. Logistics is the key, better start thinking how we will get around.
