WEB Notes: A lot of good points brought forward in this video. I will say it is not the companies responsibility to “raise” or “correct” these people and they will not do that. If a person cannot cut it, they are simply ousted. Companies are really taking advantage of people these days in the digital world. Working after your regularly scheduled hours is common these days and expected all via text message. That is not how the world should work.
