Beginning in 2017 Pennsylvania will become the third state in the country to do away with motor vehicle registration stickers. This ordinarily would be considered a good thing, but DHS/Police are using license plate readers (LPR’s) to spy on every motor vehicle!
Pennsylvania DOT Secretary Leslie Richards reveals the real reason states are getting rid of registration stickers.
Mission Critical Partners Inc., (MCP) boasts about spying on 24,500,000 motorists every year in southern Pennsylvania alone! More info. about MCP below.
New Jersey and Connecticut have also done away with registration stickers, Kurt Myers, deputy PennDOT secretary said.
Cost-cutting is not a viable reason to implement statewide spying.
A disturbingly new trend is emerging, where states claim to be saving taxpayers money by using spying tech. Welcome to Police State America, where total spying is now a cost-saving measure!
Click here to read NJ’s LPR directive and here to read Connecticut’s. And finally, click here & here to read about Pennsylvania’s numerous LPR policies.
Richards, said they’re asking the state legislature to authorize grants of $2-2.5 million per year so law enforcement agencies throughout the state can purchase LPR’s. Click here, here & here to see a few examples of how DHS controls the DOT.
The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) will also be asked to assist in the program, Richards said.
What is PCCD’s mission?
Apparently the PCCD will be looking for family conflict in SUV’s and buses.
Don’t forget, since 2015 DOT’s across the country have been acquiring surveillance blimps!
Since 2013, every Pennsylvania driver has had their facial biometrics entered into a police database. The name of the gov’t (DHS) database is euphemistically called the “Justice Network” or JNET.
Police State America is using private companies to track our every movement and our faces! When will people say ENOUGH is ENOUGH?
It appears DHS is using another ‘front company‘ called Mission Critical Partners Inc., (MCP) to get rid of vehicle registration stickers nationwide. Click here to read about another DHS front company called ‘Homeland Security Corp.’
Who is MCP?
MCP has close ties to DHS:
- Robert Horne an MCP consultant, worked for ten years at a DHS run Fusion Center. Mr. Hornes, “worked with DC, Regional and Federal peers to integrate systems and data across national fusion center efforts.” He was also a Liaison for, Federal and Military Partners (USDHS, USDHHS, FBI, JFHQ-NCR).
- R. Kevin Murray President, CEO of MCP has close ties to DHS.
- Brian Bark Senior VP of MCP has close ties to DHS.
- David S. Jones VP of MCP was a past President of ID Global Corp. a company which produces handheld biometric scanning devices. Mr. Jones was also a VP at Harman International which promotes smart car surveillance technology.
MCP is also behind another national spying program called Next Gen911. Next Gen911 or Smart911 have one thing in common, SURVEILLANCE.
Next Gen911 gives our homes a threat rating, based on pizza delivery phone calls and who our friends are.
FCC Chairman says Congress should help fund Next Gen911 rollout, mapping (spying) and cybersecurity resources.
Unfortunately, there are numerous companies like General Dynamics, West Intrado, Verizon andNexLog working with DHS to create a Next Gen911 national surveillance state.
Next Gen911 Stakeholders List:
- Telecommunications equipment and service providers.
- Information technology equipment and service providers.
- Telematics, including Advanced Automatic Collision Notification
- Hazmat (Hazardous materials) security alerts to or from commercial motor carriers or rail carriers
- Integration of Intelligent transportation systems with public safety communications systems
- Security alarm notification system providers
- State and local 9-1-1 agencies
- Public safety and emergency management agencies
- Emergency services industry
- Federal departments, including Transportation, Commerce, Homeland Security, Justice and the Federal Communications Commission
- National organizations with active interests in 9-1-1
- IT research community
- Standards community
Surveillance really is, a highly effective form of social control. The knowledge of always being watched, changes our behavior and stifles dissent.

Police use license plate readers in shopping malls, tow trucks and garbage trucks to spy on us:
“Across the country, DHS/Police are profiting from privately owned license-plate readers (LPR’s) in parking lots, shopping malls etc. Mall of America works with the police to scan your license plate as soon as you enter one of their parking lots! Back in 2013, the Freehold Raceway Mall installed LPR’s at all entrances and exits and it gets worse, Repo companies are using LPR’s to scan parking lots across the country.”

As I’ve said before, Americans should remove the plates from their vehicles in response to the spread of automatic license plate readers.
Public transportation commuters are being surveilled billions of times a year!
According to the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Americans took 10.8 billion trips on public transportation in 2014…
“In 2014, people took a record 10.8 billion trips on public transportation — the highest annual ridership number in 58 years,” said Phillip Washington, APTA Chair and CEO & General Manager of the Regional Transportation District in Denver.”
What you’re not being told is police have installed surveillance cameras and microphones at train platforms, bus stations. Trains and buses typically have numerous surveillance cameras.

piece of cardboard with two sided tape on it , just before you pull off the public road , slap it on .. your car is on private property ,, no law requiring a plate on private property ..even if there is a law .. I say F that law
“Welcome to Police State America, where total spying is now a cost-saving measure!”
Can never have too much surveillance, right? All in the name of SECURITY.
For them, not us.
This stuff gets depressing. Especially when you know that there are no limits on how far they can go as Americans are to far gone to react any longer….they do whatever they want to, to us and know full well we will never lift a finger to stop them……so sad indeed.
Try mounting infrared LED’s in a frame around your license plates….the kind of LED’s that are in a tv remote control.
When turned on, to most machine vision systems, it is like headlights to a deer at night…..the machine cannot see because it is blinded by the LED infrared lights but at the same time are not visible to the human eye……do the same thing on a light holder to rest on the bill of a baseball cap to cancel out facial recognition cameras. It used to work 100% but I haven’t read up on it in a while. Looks like it might be time to get those old books out.
