i bought a box of the same 500rds last week for 23 and some change. 25 after tax of course. also got a nice box of 40.. those were a little more expensive but i hope to shoot 500/22 before i shoot 500/40. that would be a hard day!! I’ve got lots of ammo ’cause i ain’t got kids and women to feed! my advice to all, buy as much ammo as you can for the guns you already have, before they start legislating that out from under us. those boxes i bought last week at academy had the tracking strip on it. i took ’em off right there at the register. i saw a man get his driver’s license SCANNED to buy a pk of cigs at a gas station.. yeah, all that’s coming, fast!
they are trying to force people to use the chip on debit cards for transactions. Went to the store nearby to get milk and it went from being swipe to having to using the chip in the debit card. I think those card chips make it easier to track people, but they always use the lame excuse of it being for personal security. Got to figure out if I can get a card without a chip because I don’t want it.
