It cost me 600 dollars a year to be incorporated in Las Vegas, NV. I got the hell out, now I’m fully responsible for my actions, before all I was doing was laying my problems on everybody else to shoulder, that’s wasn’t right. All in all a corporation is a mix master of treason really. Took me awhile to figure all of that out, 600 a year just to be incorporated, then you have to have a board of directors, then you have to have all of these conditions, the hell with all of that. In the end its expensive as hell, for me it was well over a thousand a year, for what exactly, protection? Not right man, not right at all.
All it is doing is protecting the owners or individuals from heavy prosecution if and when your caught scamming or ripping people off. Putting the weight on the shoulders of the American National who has done nothing to hurt anybody.

Our illustrious president has had well over 5 or 6 bankruptcies, protect from prosecution because he was incorporated, wrote off billions of dollars and lived like a fkg king, still is..did it with the banks money, meaning you and I money.
Cost of living has gone through the roof because of this toilet bugs like this.
