That’s exactly what you I’d say. Someone’s feeling or “statutes” doesn’t trump our rights. A statute that violates our bill of rights cannot exist and is null and void. That actually bothers me much much, more than some stupid window sticker. This blackwater corporate policy enforcer thug has zero respect for our rights.
You are right, Scott, he can put any goddamn thing on that window he wants. If it offends somebody and they put a whoopin’ on his ass, how much time the fella who whooped his ass would have to spend in jail and/or how much compensation would be paid would be up to the common law jury. And if somebody was offended, they could decide the degree he was being offended by how much time they are willing to spend in jail for whoopin’ his ass. Of course the jury, under the Fighting Words Doctrine, would be hearing from the person offended and judging how much they were offended when they doled out the jail time.
Nobody has the right not to be offended, but everybody has the option of whoopin’ somebody’s ass if they offend them, so long as they are willing to do the time.
As for that little prick cop, with zero authority under color of law without jurisdiction, would be charged with treason and sedition, and his authoritarian little ass would be hanging from a rope.

This fellow should have on the spot enforced his Bill of Rights. Doing this is the preliminary to the collective uprising. One man one infraction spills over into many men straightening out the many infractions against our people & lives.

At some point they will have to also decide if dying in the attempt to control other people is worth it. Common law Peace officers is all America needs, Keep the peace…we will handle the rest in accordance with our bill of rights and due process.
Charges dropped against Florida man arrested over ‘obscene’ window decal:
Andrew Bonderud is now Webb’s attorney on the case.
“I think it’s a significant overreaction from the sheriff’s office, way disproportionate, I don’t think it’s appropriate at all,” said Bonderud.
He wants a guarantee that Webb won’t be charged again for keeping the sticker displayed.
“It’s not about us sending a message, it’s about protecting my client’s individual right to not be arrested and also to make sure he’s compensated for the loss he sustained. The sheriff’s office needs to acknowledge that and they need to do it in writing,” he said.
Sergeant Murray Smith with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office says it wasn’t the word on the sticker that their deputy deemed illegal.
“It was the obscene phrase depicting what the deputy thought was a sexual act, which is obscene by definition,” said Smith. “And if the state attorney is not going to file on something, we aren’t going to go re-arrest somebody.”
