understand Katie, this article says that th United States is not a Federal Corperation, but….. this is all bullshit, you and I both know that it is still a corperation regardless of said definition. That’s the rub.

They don’t admit that the Federal Reserve is privately owned but the stockholders who own stock in it’s member banks receive a 6% interest dividend. Even wikipedia will admit that part.

What the Act of 1801 did was place the unincorporated District of Columbia under direct control of the United States Congress.
When they rolled out the Act of 1871, which incorporated the District of Columbia, the Untied States Congress became it’s de-facto board members since they were still in control of it.
And still are to this day as far as I know.
