Huffington Post In one year, more than 200 children were abused while under the state of Massachusetts’ care, according to a new report.
State officials found evidence supporting 249 allegations of physical and sexual abuse and poor care involving youngsters in state-watched settings last year, according to the Office of the Child Advocate’s 2013 report, a copy of which was obtained by the Herald.
Thirty percent of those cases were in foster homes, 29 percent in treatment programs, 19 percent in day cares, 18 percent from schools and 4 percent from “others.”
The Associated Press reports that a Department of Children and Families spokeswoman said “the state works hard to protect all children.”
The Herald’s report comes just as officials in Arizona grapple with their own child abuse scandal.
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer is under heavy criticism after it was revealed the state’s Child Protective Services department failed to investigate more than 6,000 abuse reports.

Its beginning to look more and more that a child is at more risk in state care than leaving the child with family or relatives and you watch for the plaintive wailings of “we are damned if we do, damned if we don’t” and the “we will learn from these mistakes” meaning they will do nothing but a token effort to look tough whilst doing nothing to weed out the perverts and sexual deviants that are attracted to child care like an ant is to a sugar lump.
From my own experience, from what I have observed elsewhere here in the UK, from working with AFRA over there, I have formed an opinion that all social workers are pretty much scumbags who pretend to care but seem to get some sort of evil catharsis from inflicting pain or seeing pain inflicted to children.
Personally I would queue up to choke the living breath out of a child abusing, child stealing social worker, they are nothing more than the same entity started by Nazi Germany to steal children for the upper classes, to stock the brothels and create “hotels” for paedophiles and I bet ANYTHING that there are some elite names amongst all them perpetrators

Once again im not surprised. If they say 249 my guess is the real number is much higher.
