the canadian government hasnt actually taken any of the guns yet they dont know how to go about rounding them up. canada is such a large country with most of it being low population density. they dont have enough police available to pull them all off their regular duties and there is also alot of debate over what the final cost will be. its been 3 years and they have done nothing
if they make a central bank digital coin and the people just accept it doesnt that mean that there will be no off ramp for the people holding cryptocurrency like bitcoin
