6-15-2018; Rain Prevented in California as Upper Level Low Sits Nearby Offshore; Rain in Arizona

(Fri.) Another ideal opportunity for rain on Friday night in Southern California is being prevented by the terrorists controlling our weather. An upper level closed low pressure system is located immediately South of Los Angeles CA, and its vortex has been isolated by a satellite based microwave transmitter or laser. The dark donut shaped feature surrounding the vortex is the man made blockade. The watervapor seen in the Southwest watervapor loop is trying to enter the center of the low pressure system – as would otherwise normally occur in nature except we have nefarious man-made manipulation which is blockading the center / low pressure area to prevent development and condensation; (higher pressure normally flows to lower pressure.) The straight edges near the center of the low shown in the watervapor maps are evidence of transmiter manipulation, as are the squiggly isobars in the pressure maps.

The past two days, heavy chemtrail spraying activity was visible over the Southern California region as moisture moved into this region during a no-rain forecast. Essentially, any time there is a no-rain forecast by the National Weather Service AND we have a moisture field or a frontal system moving into the region, we will see these chemical aerosols sprayed high above the incoming moisture. Here in the Southwest, these chemical desiccants cause a Capping Inversion layer condition and are thus very effective at preventing the atmospheric lift necessary for the precipitation process here in the Southwest. These chemical aerosols are sprayed all over the country and the world, and are less effective at completely stopping the precipitation process the further North the weather is. I’ve personally observed this pattern in Alaska.

The puppets reporting the weather on television have forecasted a ‘possibility’ of rain for Sunday. If the current manipulation pattern continues over this upper-level closed low pressure near Los Angeles then we’ll probebly not have any precipitation. We’ll keep an eye out for the chemtrail aerosols but it looks like this job will be accomplished with satellite transmitters manipulating pressure, and the resulting evaporated watervapor content being sufficient. Periodic gusts of light wind here in the Foothills at 11:30pm confirm this transmitter activity overhead effecting our weather and chances of rain.
