  1. Believe it or not, Millard, this is my favorite of his. 🙂

Anybody (besides me) know who Dwight Fry is?

No cheating by looking it up on the internet.

    1. I know the story of Dwight Frye. Right now, I have no voice left. I did Dan proud by dedicating this song to him at a local pub where we got the old band (25 years ago when I had hair down to my a$$) back together for a for a little fun. The Ballad of Dwight Fry is a very dark song and I actually partied with the guy who wrote the song at my house in Durand. His name was Michael Bruce. He was the lead guitar player and mastermind behind Alice Cooper’s fame. Look at the credits and you’ll see who wrote all the hits for Alice Cooper. He sat down at my piano, my brother picked up his Les Paul Custom, and I crooned some of this guy’s music with him that night. I’m talking 35 years ago. It was funny, my mother was awestruck! 🙂

  2. Wow I saw that concert, He was in a straight jacket, its been maybe 40 years when I last listened to that song, At the Love it to death concert it was me and windowpane. All I new is, I did not want to be that guy, I think I was 16 years old. A great show.

  3. A great song and the whole album good, was the heyday of Alice for sure, saw Alice many times thru the decades,am seeing this summer as he and band tour with another band I love,Motley Crue! This hopefully will be one hell of a concert!
