While the rest of the government was shutting down, the State Department was busy stocking up on booze for the embassies. In September alone the State Department spent about $180,000 on liquor for a grand total of more than $400,000 for the year, more than three times the entire liquor tab for all of 2008. … to the Red, uh, White House, where Barack “I’m Not Particularly Ideological” Obama is busy redistributing your wealth and wrecking your health:
“What we’re looking for is the advancement of ideas. But to do that, we’re going to need Nancy Pelosi as speaker.”
(San Fran Nan, like Barry himself, is about as non-ideological as Chairman Mao. If a good idea ever wandered into her head, it’d die of starvation — the perfect “progressive.”)
… to the mildewed news rooms of the liberal media, where scrambled eggheads like Jonathan Zimmerman advocate the revocation of presidential term limits.
(President-For-Life Obama?? As if we’re not already devolving fast enough into full blown banana republicanism …)
Look away.
We’ve got shoppers brawling on Black Friday, “knockout-game” knuckleheads sucker punching elderly white folks,demented homosexual agitators who want to end the ban on gay blood donations, and post-teenie “twerkers” french kissing microphones on national TV. We’ve got sports idols who belong in maximum security prisons, sun-kissed celebrities pontificating on issues about which they know less than nothing, and a federalized public education system that deifies Barack Obama and transfuses the “progressive” agenda into the youth of America.
Look away?
Almost everywhere you gaze, there’s another pile of sawdust where the lumber that supports the American homestead has been chewed away by “progressive” termites. It’s time to fix the old place before the “condemned” sign goes up.
