Attack Of The “Killer” Bunnies? Woman Flees Bunny Stampede On Japan’s Rabbit Island

Before It’s News – by N. Morgan

This amazing video shows a lady running from a stampede of bunnies! After the young lady gave the bunnies some food, they didn’t want to let her out of their sight, so they followed her. This incredible video is very sweet and adorable! I cannot say I would mind have a bunny stampede following me! Known as Rabbit Island, Okunoshima was used as the secret base for the Japanese Imperial Army’s lethal gas operation during World War Two From 1929 to 1945, more than 6,000 tons of poison gas were manufactured on the remote island, and the program was shrouded in secrecy. For 16 years, Okunoshima was left off maps, and workers who produced the five types of poison gas – which were mostly used in warfare in China – were told to keep the factories a secret.

But somewhere along the line rabbits were introduced and – as rabbits tend to do – they bred fast. Some sources claim they were brought to the island to test the effects of the poison and released by workers when the war ended. Others sources say that a group of schoolchildren on a field trip released eight of the animals in 1971. Now tourists flock to the 2.5 mile wide Inland Sea island off the coast of Takehara to feed and pet the hundreds of bunnies that call it home.

And it’s easy to see why.

  1. Reminds me of when we lived in San Angelo TX. We had about six white rabbits in the back yard that would follow the kids everywhere including into the house. You can’t potty train a rabbit.

        1. Not my pet of choice. LOL
(Welcome back to the living, digger. Hope you’re feeling a bit better. Sounds like you’ve caught an ugly bug. I replied to your comment in “Mean Mistreater” and posted a song to start your day off tomorrow morning. 🙂 Hope it brings a smile to your face. Stay Warm. Spring WILL come.)

          1. Angel, that was a real nice one to hear first thing this morning, That ” Here Come The Sun” song.Been years since I`ve heard that.
No, I am not anywhere out of the woods by any means. I was hit hard with chem traills and with in a day I was sick again. Yea, it even affected the tv. I use it just for back ground white noise ya know and it works as a nite lite. I hate to say that but I need some back ground noise to help sleep most of the time.
Thanks Angel, I will be looking for that song 😉
Yea notice Ihaven`t posted much at all today?
No Those rabbits are not my pst ofchoice either Angel

          2. Thanks #1, I haven`t been sick in over about 13 -14 yr.s. This feels different. I think it is chem trails as we got hit hard sun nite monday morn.
No nausea, but got one of those pain free migrains where it always looks like there is a strobe light in front of ya, and man every inch of my body just plain aches unbelievably pain full. Yea even my ears are poundin` in pain. Hard to even walk. A little dizzy at that. Wish I could blame it on some drug or maybe being hung over but no that isn`t it – I haven`t used in years.
Yea, this isn`t a typical cold by any means.
            Thanks again #1
            😉

          3. Sounds like that nasty piece of business with the dark chemtrails that I got nailed with a couple years ago, digger. If so, it will be around for a while.
            Bummer. 🙁

          4. What did you do for it, #1? Did you find/use anything that helped the symptoms, or just hold on until they passed?

          5. I never take anything for a cold, Angel, other than Vicodin. And then only on the worst days, because I can’t stand any type of antihistamines since they dry me up WAY too much, and I still feel like cr@p. At least with the vics, they dry up my sinuses without making my throat dry as a bone, which I can’t stand. Plus they actually make me feel good (for that day at least), and you wouldn’t even be able to tell that I’m sick. Also, I still come to work, because I’ve found that working THROUGH a cold actually makes it go away quicker. And as an added bonus, I sometimes get to share it with my co-workers.

I honestly don’t understand them, though. They never seem to appreciate the gift. LOL

But THAT vicious bast@rd hung on for damn near two months (sorry digger, if that’s what you’ve got, it’s a real b#tch to get rid of)

          6. Yes #1, I figgured that this was going to be one of those.
Your co-workers aught to appreciate a gift when they get one. Those lucky guys.
Tell ya what I would go on one if I had access any more. Actually I do but that is exactly what they want, I spent a lot of money on their drugs to be sure.
Yes #1, I usually do not take anything for colds either. Been a long time – many years – since seein` a dr. also myself

          7. Oops. My mistake. I thought the dark chem. trail issues were a different animal from a cold. I don’t really take anything for a cold either, other than lots of vit. C and a tea made from sliced, fresh ginger root (boiled in water, with fresh lemon and honey added after the ginger cooks). Lots of other remedies for colds but I know digger already knows them. 🙂

          8. Actually, it is different, Angel. Like a cold on steroids. When it first hit me, it felt more like pneumonia. And I know pneumonia. Damn near killed me once – 105 fever, and I was hallucinating. No, whatever I had, it was definitely engineered, and could easily have been fatal to someone much less healthy than myself.

        2. Hey digger, you were not feeling good a few days ago, you promised you would take herbals to help yourself!! I go out of town to come back home and find you are feeling worse!! Okay digger, it’s time to fill your body with vitamin C, always, not just when you are feeling I’ll, local honey, and a detoxifier for the chemicals. How is your diet? Is it full of GMO’s or raw fruits and veggies? Don’t let these bastards get you, fight back first with your health, take control, YOU have to be in control of what goes in!!! If we are healthy and don’t need their crap, then we can FIGHT! They will all be sick on “prescription” drugs. Their bodies will fail them. Bro, we need you!

          1. I have been doing vit. C, been juicing a lot too. This is not your normal cold by any means at all. Thanks for your support though.
Yea, the herbals haven`t been helping one bit with this one. It is a nasty one.
Ya see Missy I was hit with chem trails I am sure. #1 had my same symtoms once before – identical symtoms – and I gues I`ve just got to ride it out is the best I can do and hope for the best. 🙁 If I didn`t have dog and cat to take care of and had to move in fire wood I would be hiding under the covers to be sure. This one isn`t fun at all.
Hey Missy hope to see ya in the Pub eh – perhaps anyway, I`ve been real slow with everything lately. We missed ya the last few days in The Pub . 🙁

    1. LOL 🙂
This one is much cuter than the stories I saw the other day about Chihuahuas “Rampaging/Terrorizing” a town in Arizona. There were reports of packs of feral ankle-biters attacking both adults and children.(I didn’t send that one to the Trenches, probably should have, LOL).
