In the past months of demonstrations for Black lives, there has been a lot of hand-wringing about looting. Whether it was New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo saying that stealing purses and sneakers from high-end stores in Manhattan was “inexcusable,” or St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter saying looters were “destroy[ing] our community,” police officers, government officials and pundits alike have bemoaned the property damage and demanded an end to the riots. And just this week, rioters have burned buildings and looted stores in Kenosha, Wis., following the police shooting of Jacob Blake, to which Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson has said: “Peaceful protesting is a constitutionally protected form of free speech. Rioting is not.” Continue reading “One Author’s Argument ‘In Defense Of Looting’”

A man fatally shot on a Portland street amid clashes between Trump supporters and protesters was a “good friend” of the right-wing group Patriot Prayer, founder Joey Gibson said Sunday.
It was not immediately clear whether the shooting Saturday night was related to the confrontations, police said. Patriot Prayer supporters have frequently clashed with Black Lives Matters protesters in the embattled city since Memorial Day, when the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis while in police custody prompted protests nationwide. Several of the major players in the sordid Jeffrey Epstein-Ghislaine Maxwell scandal are Jewish, including Epstein and Maxwell themselves, Leslie Wexner, Ehud Barak, and Alan Dershowitz. (Many others who have been accused of various acts of misconduct are not – Jean-Luc Brunel, George Mitchell, Bill Richardson.) Dozens of women have come forward with horrific tales of sexual abuse at the hands of the Epstein-Maxwell crowd when they were young, vulnerable teenagers. Perhaps it was only a matter of time before there were public accusations that the victims were motivated not by the horrors they endured but by anti-Semitism, and there is no better candidate to launch those scurrilous attacks than Alan Dershowitz. Hohenwald Police Captain and Lewis County Commissioner Earl Taylor, a career officer and grandfather, was called out at a County Commission board meeting by an angry parent. Shane Blackwood addressed the county commission in March of this year claiming he was there to talk about “garbage.” That “garbage” involved calling out an alleged pedophile cop for attempted grooming of his daughter.
In a riveting five minute speech, Mr. Blackwood said his worst fears had come true. He said “the right thing to do as a father” was to come forward with allegations Captain Taylor had sent inappropriate text messages to his daughter. Jacksonville, FL — Just 10 months ago, the Fraternal Order of Police in Jacksonville took to Facebook to praise officer David Gedert for his heroism on the job. This month, however, they are quickly distancing themselves from the man after he was arrested for the alleged rape of a child under the age of 13. Asbury Park, NJ — On a regular basis, individuals contact the Free Thought Project and ask us how they go about exposing cops who have violated their rights. TFTP often responds to these individuals by advising them to gather evidence and seek out an attorney or file a complaint with another department. Because of the nature of so many of our stories that we cover, many of these folks tell us that they are scared to file complaints with the departments out of fear of retaliation. As the following incident illustrates, this retaliation is real and is carried out by cops on innocent people for attempting to hold them accountable.
Two Asbury Park police officers Stephen Martinsen, 29, and Thomas Dowling, 26, were charged last year with conspiracy, criminal mischief and weapons offenses. The officers were caught dressing up in disguises and vandalizing two vehicles belonging to 70-year-old Ernest Mignoli. Health warnings about exposure to wireless radiation – Bluetooth, cell phones, and WiFi – are NOT new. There is plenty of research that has determined exposure is harmful.
For the last several years, the American Academy of Pediatrics and other health experts have warned that children are more vulnerable to exposure. Risks include increased cancer, reduced immunity, “Microwave Sickness”, and much more. This is why schools worldwide have replaced WiFi with wired internet. Beaumont, TX — A gruesome video was submitted to the Free Thought Project this week showing an unnecessary violent move by Beaumont police that could’ve killed a man. Luckily, the man, whose name is Omar, did not die. However, he was arrested and according to his friends, unjustly.
The woman who sent us in the video tells the Free Thought Project that Omar was approached by police and attacked for no reason. She says Omar was attempting to tell one of his friends — who apparently had too much to drink — to ride with him, when police initiated the stop. WASHINGTON — US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will address the Republican National Convention Tuesday from an “undisclosed location” in Jerusalem, officials said Sunday, in a move that breaks decades of precedence in not using the office for partisan purposes.
Pompeo will speak to the virtual confab while he’s on an official trip to the Middle East to push for broader Arab-Israeli rapprochement after Israel and the United Arab Emirates struck an agreement to fully normalize relations. However, video from a bystander’s cell phone captured the scene that unfolded next. Continue reading “Kids Watch in Horror as Cops Shoot Unarmed Dad in the Back—7 Times”
