Congressman Chris Collins (R-NY- 27) has introduced legislation to the US House of Representatives titled the “Second Amendment Guarantee Act.”  Collins said of the proposed bill, “This legislation would protect the Second Amendment rights of New Yorkers that were unjustly taken away by Andrew Cuomo.  I am a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment and have fought against all efforts to condemn these rights. I stand with the law-abiding citizens of this state that have been outraged by the SAFE Act and voice my commitment to roll back these regulations.”

The legislation would specifically limit the authority of states to regulate rifles and shotguns “commonly used by sportsmen and sportswomen.”  The act was aimed squarely at the heart of the draconian anti-gun, anti-liberty, anti-human so-called “SAFE (Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement) Act” signed into law by Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo in 2013.   Continue reading “NY Congressman Proposes Legislation to Kill Draconian Anti-Gun Laws in NY and NJ”

As the mainstream corporate press attempts to guilt Westerners over making Syrian refugees return home, Western outlets are, in fact, deconstructing their own propaganda narrative for all to see.

For instance, according to the International Organization for Migration, more than 600,000 Syrians have returned home to Syria since the beginning of 2017, more than the number of returning refugees in the entire year of 2016.   Continue reading “If Assad Is “Killing His Own People” Why Are They Rushing Back To Him?”

With much of the US undergoing a broad revulsion against Confederate statues in the days since the Charlotesville clashes, it was only a matter of time before someone took matters one step too far. This happened today when a Houston man was arrested on allegations he tried to plant explosives at the statue of Confederate officer Richard Dowling in Hermann Park, according to Chron.com citing law enforcement officials.

Needless to say, the suspect was not fully “with it”, and when confronted Saturday night in the park, the man tried to drink the liquid explosives, one of the sources said. The man was not identified by name but the sources said he had previously been convicted in 2014 and given five years probation for storing explosives.   Continue reading “Houston Man Arrested Trying To Plant Bomb At Confederate Statue”

Randall and Vicki Weaver and their children wanted nothing more than to be left to live an isolated life in peace in their cabin enclave on a northern Idaho mountaintop called Ruby Ridge. Untrusting of the federal government and of the belief society had taken an insurmountable turn for the worse, the Weavers — as many residents in the remote and breathtaking area — taught their children to be self-sufficient and defend themselves with firearms from unwanted intrusions onto the family’s property.

But the Weaver’s seemingly idyllic life came to an appallingly violent end over several hours from August 21 to 22, 1992, in a horrendously botched federal raid that would also profoundly alter perceptions about the U.S. government in the minds of even ordinary Americans.   Continue reading “25 Years Ago Today the Federal Govt Changed its Rules to Launch a Sniper Attack on Off-Grid Family”

Perhaps the state of Ohio should be renamed the Black Eye State instead of the Buckeye state thanks to a recent ruling by the Ohio Supreme Court.  The ruling, by a 6-1 super majority (apparently there is only one person left in Ohio who doesn’t want to completely punch Liberty in the eyeball), overturned a lower court ruling that dismissed evidence gained by police on the grounds that it was gathered through an interview in a police car with the defendant.

The ruling happened Wednesday,August 16th, 2017, and what it essentially means is that, unless the police take you to a specific type of space, an interrogation room, and ask you enough questions (whatever that is, because the court doesn’t define it) they don’t have to bother reading your Miranda rights to you (you know, that whole “you have a right to an attorney” spiel we always see on cop shows that let us know someone is seriously arrested).  Continue reading “Ohio Supreme Court Rules No Miranda Rights if Questioned by Cops Outside Interrogation Room”

The Israeli government is at it again. The Zionist settler state is currently laying the groundworkfor a justification of military aggression against Syria over flimsy claims that Iran is building a scud missile factory in Lattakia.

Israel claims that satellite photos allegedly taken by its EROS-B satellite show the construction of the Scud missile factory. The location is allegedly near Lattakia near the coastline.  Continue reading “Israel Claims Iran Is Building A Missile Factory In Syria, Builds Excuses For Strike Against Assad”

15th Ward Alderman Raymond Lopez criticized the destruction of the statue in a Facebook post on Wednesday evening.

BOSTON (Reuters) – Boston officials are planning road blockades and even banning food vendors from the historic Boston Common as they step up security around a “Free Speech” rally on Saturday featuring right-wing speakers, aiming to avoid a repeat of last weekend’s violence at a white supremacist rally in Virginia.

Some 500 police officers will be on the streets around the popular tourist destination. They are planning to close some roadways to vehicles, mindful of the car attacks that killed a woman in Charlottesville and 13 in an attack in Barcelona on Thursday.   Continue reading “Roadblocks, weapons bans as Boston braces for ‘Free Speech’ rally”

As the pharmaceutical-led police state continues to lock up citizens in the United States for a plant, the World Health Organization (WHO), under the direction of the United Nations (UN), is on the precipice of declaring CBD highly beneficial. And, for the first time ever, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is collaborating with both the WHO and the UN to determine how the WHO should designate CBD under the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances. They want you to help them.

The FDA is now asking for the public’s help to weigh in on the measure to classify CBD appropriately. Those who are interested in keeping CBD not only legal but available to the general public without a prescription (in some states) should immediately comment on an FDA website designated for public comment. According to the FDA’s announcement: Continue reading “FDA Just Changed Their Minds, Declares CBD ‘Beneficial’—Asks for Your Input ASAP”

Once again it appears that airports are a test bed for nearly everything that will eventually trickle out into the general public.  Whether it’s TSA VIPR teams on trains, or the emergence of biometric ID, the continuous reinforcement of an imminent and pervasive threat has people scrambling to give up their freedom for their ever-elusive security.

Although airport body scanners have been much maligned for their negative health effects from millimeter wave technology, as well as their thoroughly intimate invasion of privacy, it’s not stopping Los Angeles from rolling out a pilot program of the $60,000-per-unit scanners which began on Wednesday. Subway officials aim to process up to 600 people per hour in the (currently) voluntary screening:   Continue reading “LA Metro Begins Pilot Program For Full Body Scanners Funded By Bill Gates”

Oregon — A wise person once said that insanity can be defined by doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result. If we apply this definition to the war on drugs, then every proponent of it needs to be locked in a psychiatric hospital. Not only has kidnapping and caging people for possessing arbitrary substances not worked — but it’s made it far worse.

Using government force, ie the police, to curb addiction has had disastrous results. Not only has the drug war given the United States the world record for the largest prison population but it’s also given rise to one hellish police state. Luckily, however, a very small group of bureaucrats has been able to chip away at the drug war, by slowly rolling back the laws which allow it to continue.   Continue reading “Oregon Sets Major Precedent—Will No Longer Treat Drug Possession as a Felony”

CHICAGO (CBS) — A Chicago pastor has asked the Emanuel administration to remove the names of two presidents who owned slaves from parks on the South Side, saying the city should not honor slave owners in black communities.

A bronze statue of George Washington on horseback stands at the corner of 51st and King Drive, at the northwest entrance to Washington Park.

Bishop James Dukes, pastor of Liberation Christian Center, said he wants the statue gone, and he wants George Washington’s name removed from the park.   Continue reading “Pastor Wants Presidents’ Names Removed From Washington, Jackson Parks Over Ties To Slavery”
