Judges around the country have become a law unto themselves. There were five church-going judges in Alabama who ruled that sodomy marriages are constitutional. Their Christianity made no difference in their lives. I don’t know who to blame, the churches they attend who separate the Christian faith from politics (and nearly everything else) or the law schools they attended that do the same thing.

U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn II ruled that a Kentucky law prohibiting same-sex marriages is unconstitutional. He based his argument on the 14th Amendment, an amendment that has nothing to do with same-sex anything.   Continue reading “Judge Says Man’s Law Higher than God’s Law”

Cartel KidnappersYahoo News – by MEG KINNARD and MICHAEL BIESECKER

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Three men affiliated with a Mexican drug cartel kidnapped a South Carolina man and held him for ransom for nearly a week in a dispute over $200,000 in marijuana, authorities said Wednesday.

The man was blindfolded and bound at a North Carolina home before FBI agents traced phone calls from his abductors and stormed the residence, rescuing him mostly unharmed, authorities said. His identity was being withheld for his safety.   Continue reading “FBI: 3 cartel members accused of kidnapping SC man”

WASHINGTON – President Obama said he won’t go to the border because he doesn’t want to do a “photo-op.”

But a Texas congressman who just returned from the U.S. border with Mexico said the right presidential photo-op could actually solve the humanitarian crisis there, and stop the flood of illegal immigrants crossing into the country.

Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, said the head of the border guard union told him, “If President Obama stood by an airplane and returned the people to Guatemala, that, overnight, it would stop the flow.”   Continue reading “Illegals ‘bigger invasion than Normandy’”

REDDING, California – The Shasta County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday afternoon to seek more information on “chemtrails” after nearly four hours of public comment on the issue.

Supervisor Pam Giacomini put the item on the agenda, and a number of so-called chemtrail experts addressed the panel, followed by dozens of speakers who blamed a host of personal and environmental ills on airplane exhaust.   Continue reading “Shasta County Supervisors All Vote to Explore Chemtrail Issue”

MANILA, Philippines (AP) — A typhoon slammed into the northeastern Philippines late Tuesday night, flooding low-lying villages, ripping off roofs and knocking down trees and electric posts in a disaster-prone region where tens of thousands of people fled to safety ahead of the deluge.

Damage from Typhoon Rammasun could not be assessed until daybreak, especially in areas that lost power while being pummeled by the wind and rain. No casualties were immediately reported, though three fishermen were missing in Catanduanes province.   Continue reading “Typhoon slams into Philippines; thousands evacuate”

children kid disorder psychiatric 263x164 The Crimes of Putting Toddlers and Infants on PsychotropicsNatural Society – by Paul Fassa

The epidemic of giving children toxic psychiatric pharmaceuticals has dipped even lower, as children under one year of age are now being prescribed these very questionable pharmaceuticals. In 2013, nearly 500,000 babies were prescribed these drugs from psychiatrists and MDs who use the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders) as their bible to treat people from “brain chemical imbalances.”

The institution called Psychiatry is a fraud from top to bottom. The DSM’s 300 or more mental disorders are mostly opinions based on observations. A handful of top shrinks meet to create a consensus for each edition of this bogus manual. Even the creator of ADHD, an ‘illness’ responsible for hundreds of thousands of children receiving mind-altering drugs, has admitted that it is a fictitious disease.   Continue reading “The Crimes of Putting Toddlers and Infants on Psychotropics”

Survivopedia EPA land grabSurvivopedia – by Bill White

It’s been clear that the executive branch of the federal government is working overtime to extend their authority. This started long before Obama became president, but it has accelerated at an alarming rate since he took office. Obama’s administration has put out more regulations per week than any before, each of which extends their authority to reach into people’s lives and control them and their businesses.

While the IRS has the reputation of being the most insidious of all government agencies, I’d have to say that the EPA is working hard to stay a close second. What started as a government agency to protect our corner of the world has become the political arm of the environmental movement.   Continue reading “The EPA’s Latest Land Grab”

Charlotte, NC –-(Ammoland.com)- Firearm-related deaths have decreased in California since the early 1990s, but the Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence (LCPGV) and the state’s Department of Justice don’t agree about the reasons why.

The LCPGV is an anti-gun activist group, so as reflexively as a squirrel burying nuts, it claims California’s firearm-related deaths have decreased because of gun control.   Continue reading “California Gun Banners Continue to Twist the Facts About Gun Controls Failing Results”

Jane Huey was surprised, to say the least, when a letter arrived at her Kingston, Pennsylvania, home urging Bert Huey to register to be drafted into the U.S. military.

Bert Huey had already served in World War One, which began 100 years ago this summer, and died in 1995. He was her husband’s grandfather.

“It is funny and kind of pathetic,” she said. “And the other thing is, we couldn’t get a hold of the darn draft board. We were afraid we’d be fined or something.”   Continue reading “Draft notices sent to 14,000 dead men in Pennsylvania”

The separation of church and state has been eliminated under the Obama White House. The realtionship between the federal government in Washington DC and church groups goes a lot deeper than just politicking and garnering votes – it’s financial.

Aside from the central role that large organisatons like Catholic Charities USA have played in endorsing the DREAM Act and backing the deferral of action against some younger immigrants, it’s also been found that billions of dollars have been paid out to hundreds of Catholic and Baptist “charities” in grant money in exchange for political support of these White House agenda items. Liberty News reports:    Continue reading “California Catholic Diocese Bypasses City, Purchases Building to House Obama Illegals”

On Tuesday the State Water Resources Control Board in California is expected to institute statewide mandatory water restrictions for the first time. All of California is in some type of drought and reservoirs are precariously low in many places. The nation’s largest reservoir, Lake Mead in Nevada, recently reached an all-time low. So now the impact of the enduring drought has extended beyond warning.

“Many urban Californians don’t realize how bad a drought the state is in,” board chair Felicia Marcus said last week. “It is a mistake to think that they are not at risk. What these regulations propose is not that everyone kill off their lawns, but that at a minimum, people don’t over-water.”   Continue reading “For First Time, California Gets Ready For Mandatory Water Restrictions”

The celebrating began before the coroner could collect the bodies of Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo, the Las Vegas patrol officers ambushed and executed while eating at a pizzeria last month.

“The good news is, there are two less police in the world,” read an entry on the Facebook page for CopBlock.org.

The Bank For International Settlements at Night - Photo by WladyslawEconomic Collapse – by Michael Snyder

Most people have never heard of Jaime Caruana even though he is the head of an immensely powerful organization.  He has been serving as the General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements since 2009, and he will continue in that role until 2017.  The Bank for International Settlements is a rather boring name, and very few people realize that it is at the very core of our centrally-planned global financial system.  So when Jaime Caruana speaks, people should listen.  And the fact that he recently warned that the global financial system is currently “more fragile” in many ways than it was just prior to the collapse of Lehman Brothers should set off all sorts of alarm bells.  Speaking of the financial markets, Caruana ominously declared that “it is hard to avoid the sense of a puzzling disconnect between the markets’ buoyancy and underlying economic developments globally” and he noted that “markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent”.  In other words, he is saying what I have been saying for so long.  The behavior of the financial markets has become completely divorced from economic reality, and at some point there is going to be a massive correction.   Continue reading “The Head Of ‘The Central Bank Of The World’ Warns That Another Great Financial Crisis May Be Coming”

I’m sometimes asked how a midwestern farm-boy ended up starting a marijuana smokers’ lobby. I had been raised in the 1950s in southern Illinois by southern Baptist parents, and there was nothing in that environment that would cause one to challenge authority or attempt to change the prevailing cultural values.   Continue reading “The Origins of NORML: How Marijuana Reform Was Born”

Accuracy in Media – by Cliff Kincaid

Bill Ayers’ recent appearance on Megyn Kelly’s Fox News program appears to be part of a systematic campaign to whitewash the activities of the communist terrorists who were murdering policemen and FBI agents during the 1960s and 70s, and to set the stage for their release and rehabilitation.

Kelly was unprepared for the interview and failed to consult prominent experts on the case, such as former FBI agent Max Noel. “I’m extremely disappointed, as are a number of us who actually worked the WUO [Weather Underground Organization] case on a daily basis, in your attempt to ‘confront him’ without availing yourself of the knowledge that those of us who actually worked the case could have given you,” Noel said in a message to Kelly. The former FBI agent, who arrested the UNABOMBER and has co-authored a sensational new book about that case, was a member of the Weatherman Task Force in San Francisco, where Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, were operating.   Continue reading “Obama Prepares Pardons for Terrorists”
