His own co-workers are glad he’s getting the boot. Staffers at “Piers Morgan Live” are actually relieved that CNN has canceled the show, sources tell Confidenti@l.

“He was always such an a—— to people working for him,” one insider says of the bombastic Brit. Morgan’s last show is likely to be this week, but no specific date has been set. We hear it was low ratings and a bad attitude that killed it, and the decision was made by network boss Jeff Zucker. “The makeup girls suffered the worst — he was rude and belligerent,” says our source. “The general feeling is Morgan didn’t show any respect to anyone working under him — the people who were trying to make him look good.”   Continue reading “‘Piers Morgan Live’ staffers actually happy CNN canceled show: sources”

SCWXA Flood Watches Will Be Needed For Friday’s Storm System So Get The Sandbag Preparations Underway This WeekSouthern California Weather Authority

A weaker system on Wednesday into Wednesday night will make way for the strongest system in three years to hit Southern California on Friday and this storm system will bring a lot of flooding, being the region has been so dry and thus people in the flood prone zones need to start preparing sandbags and doing flood preparations along the hillsides.

The system, currently out in the Pacific, has a strong southerly jet influence to it.  The storm is set to hit on Friday.  Upper divergence and jet dynamics suggest that heavy rain is likely south and west of the mountains, bringing in over two inches of rain in a short period of time, with higher amounts in the foothills.  The system will be the strongest in three years.   Continue reading “Southern California Major Storm Coming, Flood Preparations Underway”

Police Chief testifies that cannabis killed 37 people in one dayIntellihub – by John Vibes

ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND (INTELLIHUB) — The first week marijuana was legalized in Colorado, a joke article by the website The Daily Currant claiming that 37 people died on the first day, went viral on social media sites.

The report was of course false, as The Daily Currant is a website much like “The Onion”that posts fake news stories that are satirical and meant to be funny. Even though the content of these articles are obviously false, many times people believe them and circulate them as truth because they don’t do enough research.   Continue reading “Police Chief testifies that cannabis killed 37 people in one day”

seeds and grains for shtfCrisis Survivor Tips – by Jeremym

Why store seeds?

Storing seeds is important for you and your family. It is a form of insurance because it provides you a dependable long term food source when crap hits it. These seeds can be beneficial to your family when grown and harvested.

When storing seeds, make sure that you store only open-pollinated seeds like organic or heirloom seeds and not hybrid seeds which are artificially pollinated and mainly created for commercial farmers. Produce from hybrid seeds are often not as nutritious and tasty as produce from heirloom seeds. Also, hybrid seeds do not store well and plants from them gradually lose their quality in the second or third generation.   Continue reading “Seeds to Store for SHTF”

Ares Armor is a small tactical company that operates a store in National City, California. Recently the town of National City disapproved of a sign displayed at the National City store location and told the store, “Take down the sign or go to jail. We do not approve of guns…or you.”

The store has been in compliance with the law and was not doing anything illegal. So why is there a fuss? It’s because of the guns and the message of freedom being promoted by Ares Armor.   Continue reading “Ares Armor Tactical Store Threatened with Fines & Jail Time for AR-15 Sign”

As if it isn’t enough we have to battle BOTH parties to keep tens of millions of illegal invaders from being handed amnesty, we also have to fight just to maintain our common language. And as with the La Raza Studies battle in Tucson, Arizona is once again the battlefield.

An Arizona college is being sued for labeling a student a “bigot” and punishing her with a long-term suspension after she requested that English be used in her nursing studies class so she could learn the subject.   Continue reading “Arizona Nursing Student Sues After Being Suspended for Requesting Instruction in ENGLISH”

You’ve probably heard about Alec Baldwin’s latest rant – he hates MSNBC, blames Breitbart for his problems, whines that New York City has changed, blah, blah, blah. He said he wants to move back to LA where he can live behind a gate. New York City cops responded by telling him not to let the door hit him as he leaves.

NYPD cops won’t shed any tears if Alec Baldwin makes good on his wish to move to a gated community in Los Angeles, police sources told The Post on Monday.   Continue reading “NYPD To Alec Baldwin: Good Riddance”

Democratic Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel went to bat for his former boss Monday, claiming he supports President Obama’s strategy of bypassing Congress “one thousand percent” and comparing Obama’s executive orders on healthcare to the Emancipation Proclamation.

Emanuel — the former White House chief of staff in Washington DC on Monday to receive federal money for a new “manufacturing hub” in Chicago — spoke with CNN’s Jim Acosta. The reporter asked if he thought Obama’s plan to use executive actions to ignore an unwilling Congress is the right approach.   Continue reading “‘The Emancipation Proclamation was an executive action’: Rahm Emanuel backs Obama’s executive overreach ‘one thousand percent’”

As if smoking doesn’t take up enough time at work, some co-workers and I were discussing the effects of smoking and nicotine addiction.

Someone remarked that his doctor had said it could be harder to get off of nicotine than heroin. As a smoker, one could believe this.

However, after being nicotine free for three months now, I no longer agree. Nicotine withdrawal does not induce seizures or vomiting. In fact, in my experience, nicotine withdrawal is barely noticeable, and is easily neutralized.    Continue reading “The Myth of Nicotine Addiction”

If pesticides and herbicides worked so well, we should be able to use less of them, not more, right? It just isn’t the case, though. On American farms and gardens, we have gone from using around 100 million pounds annually to over 404 million pounds of pesticides each year. That’s a whole lot of toxic junk on our foods and in our ecosystem.   Continue reading “Pesticide Use Soars: 100 Million to 400 Million Pounds Annually in Less than a Decade”

A couple of weeks ago President Barack Obama joined Bob Costas in an interview during the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympic games being held in Sochi, Russia. The President, who didn’t attend the ceremony or games with other world leaders, chalked off his absence to his busy schedule. Obama sent a delegation in his stead that consisted of various gay and lesbian members, which was an obvious political move intended to highlight America’s outrage over Russia’s recent anti-gay legislation.   Continue reading “It’s On: Putin Deploys Troop Battalion: Russians Raise Flag Over Ukranian Republic of Crimea”
