ChicagoPolice-CopBlockDue to the number of Americans murdered by cops after calling 911, I consider this as nothing less than a life-saving decision.

Cop Block – by Victor Taglia

The Chicago Police department has decided to stop responding to select 911 calls. Apparently, they will not be responding to calls such as “criminal damage to property, vehicle thefts, garage burglaries, or other crimes in which the suspect is no longer on the scene, and the victim isn’t in immediate danger.” This is all so that “the equivalent of 44 police officers a day” will be available for patrol duties.   Continue reading “Chicago Police”

National Iranian American Council – by Samia Basille

Washington DC – In the latest case of broad sanctions impacting ordinary Iranians, Iranian nationals in the United States were recently contacted by Bank of Hawaii and informed that their accounts would be terminated due to their Iranian citizenship.

The National Iranian American Council has called on the bank to reverse its decision. In a letter addressed to the Bank’s President, NIAC has warned that the policy likely constitutes discrimination on the basis of national origin. If the policy is not reversed, further action may be required to ensure the bank cannot discriminate against Iranians.   Continue reading “Bank of Hawaii Closes Bank Accounts for Iranians Living in U.S.”

Iced out: After Joe Biden announced that he supported gay marriage before the President, Obama's team made an active effort to exclude him from meetings and keep him out of the public eye (seen together this week)The Real Revo

Today the White House releases this video of the two of them. It’s just about as well produced as the anti-Muhammad video that caused the attack in Benghazi.

So you can see that they are really good buddies.   Continue reading “Yesterday Joe Biden Complained About Obama Giving Him, “Every S*** Job In The World””

Aaron Tilley illustration of the seven keys of the internetThe Guardian – by James Ball

It sounds like the stuff of science fiction: seven keys, held by individuals from all over the world, that together control security at the core of the web. The reality is rather closer to The Office than The Matrix.

In a nondescript industrial estate in El Segundo, a boxy suburb in south-west Los Angeles just a mile or two from LAX international airport, 20 people wait in a windowless canteen for a ceremony to begin. Outside, the sun is shining on an unseasonably warm February day; inside, the only light comes from the glare of halogen bulbs.   Continue reading “Meet the seven people who hold the keys to worldwide internet security”

Underground Health – by William Kennedy

Bread is wrongly placed at the bottom of our food pyramid which gets passed around all our schools despite many respected health professionals claiming bread and other sources of grains are unnecessary and potentially harmful. Here are some alarming facts about bread.   Continue reading “5 Reasons Why You Should Not Eat Bread”

Militias Fight Mexican Cartel to Control Port CityLatino Daily News

The militias that emerged a year ago in the western Mexican state of Michoacan to defend communities from a powerful drug cartel are expanding their presence on the Pacific coast, officials said.

The First Lady is in the news again, and for all the wrong reasons…

This week, Michelle Obama appeared on The Tonight Show, hosted by Jimmy Fallon, to discuss her challenges of ‘life in the White House’ and also to plug her new “Let’s Move” campaign. Then came the train wreck – her suicidal gaff insinuating that America’s youth are stupid, can’t cook for themselves, spend their time drunk dancing on bar stools and in her eyes – are a bunch of “knuckleheads”. Yes, she did actually say that.   Continue reading “Michelle Obama and The Revenge of the ‘Knuckleheads’”

Excerpted from DAILY CALLER: MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough continues to indicate that he is taking the prospect of running for president in 2016 seriously by giving speeches in more early primary states.

has-netanyahu-made-secret-deal-to-give-mount-zion-temple-mount-to-pope-francis-catholic-church-vaticanNow the End Begins

As far-fetched as it may seem to some, many sober-minded news outlets in Israel in the past week have been reporting the existence of a secret deal now being negotiated ahead of the Pope’s visit to Israel in May. If true, it would be the single biggest advancement of bible prophecy since May 14, 1948. Interesting side note, the Pope’s visit in May will coincide with the 66th anniversary of Israel becoming a nation again. Hmm, now that’s interesting…   Continue reading “Israeli News Outlets Reporting Secret Deal To Give Temple Mount To Vatican”

The Lonely Conservative

What a shock. President Obama will veto the Stop IRS Targeting of Political Beliefs Act introduced by Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI). Therefore we can conclude that Obama supports the IRS in its targeting of conservative groups.

Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp’s (R-Mich.) Stop Targeting of Political Beliefs by the IRS Act, which was in the Rules Committee on Tuesday evening, would freeze the finalization of the rule for one year and restore the 501(c)(4) standards and definitions that were in place before conservative groups started to come under extra scrutiny in 2010.   Continue reading “Obama Will Veto Bill To Stop IRS Abuse”

Zero Hedge – by Tyler Durden

The following remarks by John Kerry, borne out of his humiliation over the complete fiasco that was the US intervention in Syria last year and the even greater fiasco that was this year’s attempt to get all feuding parties on the table in Geneva, only to see that outcome obliterated as well, appear to be borne out of his disgust at the defunding of the US defense budget, which for Kerry, more than his gross incompetence, is the reason why the US now finds itself in a “new isolationism” leading him to conclude that the US is “beginning to act like a poor nation.” One wonders what tipped him off: the fact that the US debt just hit a record high $17,419,220,117,766.69 or that the biggest monetizers of US deficit spending are the Fed, China and just as insolvent Japan?   Continue reading “John Kerry: “The US Is Beginning To Act Like A Poor Nation””

New research in the FASEB Journal suggests that consumption of dark chocolate lowers the augmentation index, a key vascular health predictor, and reduces adhesion of white blood cells to the vessel wall.

It might seem too good to be true, but dark chocolate is good for you and scientists now know why. Dark chocolate helps restore flexibility to arteries while also preventing white blood cells from sticking to the walls of blood vessels. Both arterial stiffness and white blood cell adhesion are known factors that play a significant role in atherosclerosis. What’s more, the scientists also found that increasing the flavanol content of dark chocolate did not change this effect. This discovery was published in the March 2014 issue of The FASEB Journal.   Continue reading “Why Dark Chocolate Is Good For Your Heart”
