The bill includes restrictions on new Russian sovereign debt transactions, energy and oil projects and Russian uranium imports, and new sanctions on Russian political figures and oligarchs.   Continue reading “U.S. senators introduce Russia sanctions ‘bill from hell’”

In January of 2016, a 12-year-old girl was killed after her father pointed a gun at a Pennsylvania constable and the constable fired his own weapon. The officer’s bullet hit the young girl, and she later died from the wounds. Last week, a jury found the father guilty of his daughter’s murder.

On January 11, 2016, constable Clark Steele arrived at the apartment Donald Meyer, 60, who was subject to eviction for not paying rent. When he opened the door, he pointed a semi-automatic weapon at Steele, and Steele responded by pulling his own weapon and firing.   Continue reading “An Officer Shot and Killed a 12-Year-Old Girl. MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia will deploy its military police on the Golan Heights frontier between Syria and Israel, its defense ministry said on Thursday, after weeks of mounting volatility in the area.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s sweeping away of rebels in southwestern Syria has worried Israel, which believes it could allow his Iranian backers to entrench their troops close to the frontier.   Continue reading “Russia to deploy military police on Golan Heights”

Benjamin Netanyahu has lashed out at Israel’s arch-foe Iran, vowing that any attempt by Tehran to block the key waterway off Yemen’s coast would be met by force from the “international coalition” and Israel in particular.

The harsh statements by the Israeli PM, who was speaking at a graduation ceremony for naval officers on Wednesday, were referring to the recent Houthi attack on a Saudi oil tanker off Yemen’s western coast. The Saudi-led coalition has repeatedly said the Houthis are armed and supported by Iran, but both the group and Tehran deny the claims.   Continue reading “Netanyahu threatens Iran with ‘all Israel’s arms’ if Tehran blocks key waterway off Yemen”

Los Angeles, CA — Los Angeles police released graphic body camera footage this week, showing officers opening fire on a man armed with a knife who’d taken a 49-year-old woman hostage. In the shooting, police killed both the man with the knife, and the innocent hostage.

According to a 911 recording, officers were called to the scene on June 16, after a woman reported that a man had stabbed someone at her location. When officers arrived, they found Guillermo Perez, 32, who had just stabbed his ex-girlfriend with a knife.   Continue reading “Cops Respond to Hostage Situation By Opening Fire, Killing Innocent Hostage”

The Economic Collapse – by  Michael Snyder

If the U.S. economy is really doing so well, then why is homelessness rising so rapidly?  As the gap between the rich and the poor continues to increase, the middle class is steadily eroding.  In fact, I recently gave my readers 15 signs that the middle class in America is being systematically destroyed.  More Americans are falling out of the middle class and into poverty with each passing day, and this is one of the big reasons why the number of homeless is surging.  For example, the number of people living on the street in L.A. has shot up 75 percentover the last 6 years.  But of course L.A. is far from alone.  Other major cities on the west coast are facing similar problems, and that includes Seattle.  It turns out that the Emerald City has seen a 46 percent rise in the number of people sleeping in their vehicles in just the past year…   Continue reading “The Number Of Americans Living In Their Vehicles “Explodes” As The Middle Class Continues To Disappear”

The Cato Institute, a think tank partially founded by the billionaire, pro-mass immigration Koch brothers, is advocating for full open borders to the United States.

In an op-ed for USA Today, the Cato Institute’s Director of Economic Studies, Jeffrey Miron, says the U.S. “has nothing to fear, and much to gain, from open borders,” saying that Americans should “forget” about putting a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border to stop illegal immigration.   Continue reading “Koch-Backed CATO Institute: ‘Time for the U.S. to Have Open Borders’”

U.S. District Judge Dolly Gee of Los Angeles ruled on Monday that a Texas detention center for unaccompanied migrant children and those forcibly separated from their families by the Trump administration must stop administering psychotropic drugs without parental consent.

“A federal court has now confirmed what we already knew: Children are suffering abusive treatment and cruel and inhumane conditions in government detention centers,” responded Jess Morales Rocketto of Families Belong Together, a coalition of groups opposing the administration’s family separation policy. “Children belong with their families, not scared, alone, and subject to abuse in prison-like conditions.”  Continue reading “Judge Orders Trump Administration to Stop Drugging Immigrant Children”

Aurora, CO — When an armed intruder broke into a family’s home early Monday morning, and reportedly began harming a juvenile inside, the homeowner did what he was supposed to do. He armed himself, called 911, and defended his home—and he was successful. However, after he’d successfully fended off the home invader—by killing him—police then showed up and killed the innocent homeowner.

According to police, they received a call from the homeowner notifying them that a man had broken into the home. When officers arrived, the scene was chaotic, according to police.   Continue reading “After Armed Homeowner Defends Family from Home Invader, Cops Show Up and Kill Him”

World-renowned author and lecturer Noam Chomsky pointed out in a recent interview that Israel has actually had far more influence in the United States political system than Russia ever has, in the wake of mass media hysteria about alleged “collusion” in the 2016 election.

MCALLEN, Texas — The men who are believed to have carried out a jewelry store robbery at a popular Texas border city shopping mall that was mistaken by locals for an active shooter situation were in the country illegally.

Seven men identified as Mexican nationals went before a McAllen municipal judge on Monday. The judge formally charged them each with one count of aggravated robbery. The judge set their bond at $200,000. Some of the men received an additional charge for failure to identify. This charge brought an additional $10,000 to their bond.   Continue reading “Failed Border City Mall Robbery Carried Out by 7 Illegal Aliens, Say Feds”

Southport, NC — All too often those who continuously apologize for crimes committed by police officers are able to justify some of the most egregious instances of outright murder by claiming the officer was a bad apple. Almost as often, however, as TFTP has shown numerous times, the bad apple theory is exactly that—a theory—with no evidence to support it.

Illustrating the nature of the bad apple theory is the fact that another entire police department in North Carolina was suspended recently after the department’s chief and lieutenant were arrested on conspiracy charges.   Continue reading “One Bad Apple? We may have an idea what was the (leaked) reason for today’s selloff in Treasurys, which pushed the 10Y yield just shy of 3.00%.

According to the NYT, the Trump administration is considering a $100 billion unilateral tax cut meant to mainly help the wealthy, and is hopes to bypass Congress in implementing it “a legally tenuous maneuver that would cut capital gains taxation and fulfill a long-held ambition of many investors and conservatives.”   Continue reading “Trump Considering Unilateral $100 Billion Tax Cut On The Wealthy”
