Jan Peter Schmittmann, former CEO of ABN AMRO, one of the dead that morning were found in a home in Laren. Three bodies were found in the house. The former ABN CEO was the occupant of the house.
The house is registered to Schmittmann. In the home the body of the father, the mother and teenage daughter were found. Schmittmann still a child, nothing is known about it.
Local residents have confirmed to Yahoo! News that it is the former CEO.
To me this sounds like a murder suicide but that is pure speculation. What if it turned out to be murder? They were all killed? Details are still merging and I will stay with this story to keep you updated. Looks like we got another banker death on the growing list.
