WEB Notes: This is absolute blasphemy. This atheist group claims “the Bible is a violent, racist book that has inspired violent, racist organizations“. These people are a bunch of idiots, absolute idiots. Call it what it is, we do not play politically correct games on this site. If you listen to a fool you are a bigger fool than they are. ‘But Brandon Christians should not talk that way.‘ If that is what you are thinking you are just too sugar sweet for our Father to use. You know what happens to snow flakes? They melt when the sun comes out a bit. Are you going to melt before your enemies or grow a back bone? Grow a back bone already and stand up for your Father not some man. The Kentucky Governor is absolutely correct and should be applauded here…
Do not become over worked up over these types of things, sometimes we even need to laugh at them. Yet we certainly need to call them out for what they are. Letting them slide on by one after another is not acceptable.
Whether you realize it or not this type of news has a major psychological impact on people and projects Christianity in a negative light and makes it that much easier for the next wave of assault.
We all need to contribute in our own way to make it known this is a bunch of nonsense and should be rejected.
Gov. Matt Bevin appeared on the Tom Roten Morning Show on Aug. 15, where he discussed the public unrest in Charlottesville, Virginia, as well as a recent bill he signed dubbed as the “Bible Literacy Bill.”
“When you go back a couple of hundred years, in most instances the only textbooks that were in our public schools were the Bible,” he said. “And so to that end to pretend, again, to scrub history and pretend that that wasn’t reality, I think is a dangerous precedent.”
“And it’s interesting, the more we’ve removed any sense of spiritual obligation or moral higher authority or absolute right and wrong, the more we’ve removed things that are biblically taught from society, the more we’ve seen the kind of mayhem that we were just discussing,” Bevin stated.
However, the Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) soon fired off a letter to Bevin to take issue with his words, which they characterized as being “inflammatory.” It asserted that the Bible is rather a “violent, racist book” that was used to justify slavery in American history.
“The Bible is a violent, racist book that has inspired violent, racist organizations,” wrote Co-Presidents Dan Barker and Annie Laurie Gaylor. “Ironically, the Bible that you want to unconstitutionally interject in public schools encourages violence and racism. Inculcating more American children in the ways of the Bible would not have prevented Charlottesville.”
Just filthy ‘jews’ at work for their father, the devil.
What can I say folks, these are the edicts laid out in the protocols of Zion and communist tactics. To those Christians who support israel, give them your money lives and property, go to hell with them! But Jamal, wouldn’t this affect them too? Don’t they follow the bible as Well? No. Theyh are Talmudic and clearly state the Talmud supersedes all other teachings. Don’t worry though, I’ll stand with real Christians in their defense. Because I know the plot of my enemy.

Sure, the Bible is pretty violent.
But it’s got some good stuff, too.
Jesus wasn’t violent.
He was a carpenter before he hit the bigtime.
He was doing pretty good for himself when he got that gig working for the city.
People would walk by and note that the only construction going on was Jesus standing around talking to his friends.
Over 2000 years and nothings changed.
Some quotes I love:
“Then said he unto them, but now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.”
— Luke, chapter 22 verse 36
And this guy:
“Among the many misdeeds of British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest.”
— Mahatma Gandhi
“I do believe that, where there is only a choice between cowardice and violence, I would advise violence.”
— Mahatma Gandhi
“I would rather have India resort to arms in order to defend her honor than that she should, in a cowardly manner, become or remain a helpless witness to her own dishonor.”
— Mahatma Gandhi
.
Assertion is true and true. But same could be said of most religious books.
The god people continue to have their head up their ass. The Bible is the word of god, Right ? Please, don’t use the most common dodge to explain the atrocities, ” That’s the old testament.” ‘ If you have an unruly child, take him to the edge of town & stone him to death.’ Other instructions include how to treat your slaves & how badly you can beat your wives. The most genocidal & overlooked atrocity is ‘the flood,’ where a supposedly ‘benevolent, loving god’ killed all but a few people. THAT”S MURDER, god or no god, in the book you revere. Over 14 million were murdered in the ‘good book’s’ old testament. Try actually reading the thing & quit the damn excuses for the killer christ. fred

Want to know why?
“These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.” Gen. 6:9 KJ.
Perfect in his generations means that Noah’s bloodlines (and ONLY Noah’s) were pure… untainted by NEPHILIM blood.
If you knew the story behind the Nephilim… you would have BEGGED God to kill them all, every last one.
The stinking jews would be their current (mostly human) counterparts.

In need of a rewrite…
“The Bible is a book that has inspired the stinking, Christ-killing jEWS to create violent, racist organizations,” wrote Co-Presidents Dan Barker and Annie Laurie Gaylor.”
TRUTH!
