It was some time in March when I was in a private independent study room inside the math lab of Southwestern College, in National City. Math gets very tedious so I often dick around, relieving stress drawing dumb shit on the whiteboard. This time, I felt a bit rebellious, so I wrote many rap lyrics by Dead Prez, Immortal technique, Pink Floyd, etc. Amongst the things I wrote were, “School is a 12-step brainwash camp,” and, “We don’t need no thought control.” Some lyrics were profane, and I drew a ‘fight the power’ symbol as well. One of the girls, who was not close with us, felt offended by the things I wrote, and ran out and told the professor on me. When the professor came in and claimed that what I wrote was inappropriate, I retorted, respectfully, that it’s her subjective opinion and that she cannot arbitrate objectively what is subjective in nature. She never told me to erase the board and she just left and called the school police. When the school police showed up and asked me to step outside, I pretty much recited the laws about probable cause (as my friend had already erased the board for my protection) and the constitution to them. They didn’t like that, and forcibly dragged me outside.

As they were dragging me outside, I yelled out multiple times for people to take out their smartphones and record, but you can’t expect braindead zombies from Statist propaganda centers to have any balls. Outside, they slammed me against the wall and did their routine molestation while I yelled in expletives. The cop was a black man, so I asked him if he was ashamed of himself, taking up a profession which oppresses his own people. [Editor’s note: ‘Government’ oppresses people of every race, gender, religion, etc.]

They took me behind their patrol car, away from the dash-cam, and body slammed me to the ground, then proceeded to squeeze my head under the patrol car. The whole thing was like a Hollywood cop comedy because I was yelling out, “I’m not resisting!” while they responded, “Yes you are!” and kept on beating me. It’s a good thing I wore a thick jacket that day, but my shorts were ripped from the wrestling on the ground and my knees were bleeding. They also double cuffed me extremely tightly, despite my tiny Asian wrists. I still have scars on my wrist today. Long story short, I went to court later and was found not guilty due to lack of evidence.
