For those who want to complain about the background music in the video, yeah ok, we get it. Every second day there’s another new comment saying turn the music down. The video is what it is, it’s there and it’s free, if you don’t like it, move on to something else.

  1. We purchaced 12 acres in South Louisiana and are trying to move on it and start our own homestead. We are planning on putting a couple of these inside our large greenhouse. They also help with temp regulation and humidity inside the greenhouse. Outstanding video.I have been looking for a video like this. Thanks for posting this.
Does anyone know where to get an IBC tank cheap?

    1. I got mine on craigslist. We have two tanks set up now raising tilapia. I’m still new at it but its been a successful venture so far.
I recently purchased 10 ibcs from a farmer for $300.00 (lucked out)! We are going to set up a big system in TN really soon.

Sorry about soft music. Me having daughters I didn’t let it get to me. I know it doesn’t fit the anthem of FTTWR but maybe I’ll redo the video with some Rage against the machine. LOL.

It is a great video. Its what got my family started on the practice. The concept is genius. Good luck with it!

      1. We are planning on tilapia as well. I spoke to a local farmer who sells them at his farm stand and he said the summers are too hot for it down here. He said he uses it in the fall and winter and spring, then stops for the summer. I am gonna try it out. We will have a pond, but the tilapia taste 10 times better if they are in moving water instead of pond water.

  2. The comment made by the authors of this site regarding the complaints about the music being too loud is quite arrogant and asinine.
