A judge in the Canadian province of Alberta has ruled that a woman did not have her rights violated when she was denied an organ transplant due to not being vaccinated against the Wuhan coronavirus.
Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Paul Belzil ruled that Edmonton, Alberta woman Annette Lewis had not had her fundamental character of Rights and Freedoms rights violated by being denied an organ transplant over her vaccination status.
According to Justice Belzil, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms has no bearing on the treatment decisions of doctors for organ transplants, despite the transplant being diagnosed by medical professionals as the only way for Ms Lewis to survive a progressive disease she suffers from, broadcaster CBC reports.
Doctors diagnosed Lewish with her disease in 2018 and in 2020 urged her to receive various vaccinations, which she agreed to, however, she did not agree to receive the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine and was told without the vaccine she would not receive her potentially life-saving transplant.
“Taking this vaccine offends my conscience,” Lewis said an a sworn affidavit and added, “I ought to have the choice about what goes into my body and a life-saving treatment cannot be denied to me because I chose not to take an experimental treatment for a condition — COVID-19 — which I do not have and which I may never have.”
While Justice Bezil agreed that Lewis was the sole arbiter of what she put into her own body, he claimed that no one has an inherent right to an organ transplant.
“The proposition that treating physicians exercising clinical judgment would be subject to the charter would result in medical chaos with patients seeking endless judicial review of clinical treatment decisions,” he added.
The court ruling is not the first involving the rights of unvaccinated people in Canada in recent months. Last December, a father had his visitation rights with his daughter suspended in the French-speaking province of Quebec after a judge ruled he could not see his daughter due to his vaccination status.
“It would normally have been in the best interests of the child to have contact with his father, but not in his best interest to have contact with him if he is not vaccinated and is opposed to sanitary measures in the current epidemiological context,” Superior Court Judge Jean-Sébastien Vaillancourt said in his ruling.
In February Court of Queen’s Bench Judge Nathalie Godbout issued a similar ruling temporarily denying a father custody of his three children because he was also unvaccinated.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has defended vaccine mandates and other restrictive measures, arguing in an interview last month, “It was their choice and nobody ever was going to force anyone into doing something they don’t want to do.”
“But there are consequences when you don’t. You cannot choose to put at risk your co-workers. You cannot choose to put at risk the people sitting beside you on an aeroplane,” he added.
Then it’s perfectly “legal” to deny vaccinated people organ transplants as well!!!
Just before we get access to that one public court house we need, to start stretching the necks where prima faciae evidence of the doctors, judges and bureaucrats is undisputable, the truth that everything they have all been doing to harm the people, in the name of health and safety, will be shown to millions and millions of the people. The police and the military will have to pick a side. When they find out the extent of the lie as the truth is laid out before them, time will tell how they will choose to use their weapons, then! They will then choose which jurisdiction they will fight for. Every Canadian who is aware of Common Law and how it works under the law on which our freedom law is based, will have to take a stand and be ready to enforce it. Quick trial, Common law court, 10 easy Articles, stretch…… snap! Next?! Can’t get into a proper common law court? We will see what our People who serve and protect under their oath to the Law are really made of, especially when they realize what has been done to them!
I sat with your word “jurisdiction” for two days. It kept disturbing me. I did a dictionary check on it and that seemed to explain my irritation:
“Jurisdiction, noun: the official power to make legal decisions and judgments; the extent of this power; a system of law courts; the territory or sphere of activity over which the legal authority of a court or other institution extends – The authority of our elected officials refers to their power (often conferred by rank or office) to give orders, require obedience, or make decisions. Their authority is normally limited by their jurisdiction, which is a legally predetermined division of a larger whole, within which someone has a right to rule or decide. The president of the U.S. has more power than any other American official, which means that he has the ability to exert force or control over something. … As commander in chief, he does have command over the nation’s armed forces, implying that he has the kind of authority that can enforce obedience.”
Putting aside the false power of any president or other ‘official,’ I just believe my rights have nothing to do with any “jurisdiction.” I’ve had them since birth and they apply everywhere.

As there can be no administrative admiralty judicial, there is no court system that can grant jurisdictional authority to those calling themselves leaders. The only judicial authority for the individual free sovereign national resides within the individual and as the law of December 15, 1791 is our autonomy and our law, no one, especially in a fraudulent jurisdiction, can claim superior jurisdiction as the very act of them declaring that administrative admiralty jurisdiction is a direct violation of the 9th Article.
Remember they started out as our servants. They had not the jurisdictional authority to ever be anything else as the Bill of Rights forbids it.
The jurisdictional authority for the united states of these Americas belongs to the individual free sovereign national and there can be no higher jurisdiction, hence there could never be an authority to create a higher authority, again as the 9th Article forbids it.
Our jurisdictional authority belongs to us as individuals that can only be exercised by us as individuals. No government since December 15, 1791 has had the jurisdictional authority to suggest an authority over the individual free sovereign national.
That is why I have the right to enforce the common law Bill of Rights on the spot. I do not appeal for it. I do not plead for it. I command it. And anyone who tries to overthrow that jurisdictional authority through violation of the law that guarantees it without going through the due process of the law is accountable on the spot.
Eloquent. And Amen!! And the really outrageous, b.s. words are: “Require obedience.” Ha!! Those “elected officials” really do fancy themselves.

Galen, according to the definition of jurisdiction, I should say, instead of what I said above, that the difference between “legal” and “lawful” is the difference between the jurisdictional authority of We, the People, each as individuals, who know our rights according to the absolute, unalienable Law of 1791, the American Bill of Rights, ratified by We, the People in our Common Law authority, and the fraudulent, Corporate Admiralty jurisdiction which violates the Law every time it creates “legal” orders, ranks and powers, none of which can exist because the 9th Article of the supreme, superior Law of We, the People forbids it. Instead of saying, “They will then choose which jurisdiction they will fight for”, I should say they will then choose whether they will continue living as slaves or whether they will command their jurisdictional authority as free sovereigns in the Common Law which according to the Bill of Rights already belongs to them. They just need to know who they are and enforce their authority as laid out in the 10 articles of the Bill of Rights, 1791.

What you just went through is similar to what is going on here! It is the reason why I am learning the only law of American Common Law for my freedom here. Someone posted a clip of a young woman on a bus where mask mandates are in effect. She thought she knew her rights and how to speak to the “authorities” but she used all the wrong terminolgy and she was arrested and hauled off to jail!
I’ve been studying really hard, learning how the law works, while I make garden preserves for my health this winter. Grow your own, stay healthy, f**k the doctors! This quote from “Article VI, Common Law Explained”, says it all, in regard to where we’re at regarding the above article.

I was just thinking about our age group. We are a target because we know what freedom felt like growing up. It is a part of who we are and they will try to beat it out of us if we give them a chance. Well, I grew up believing I was free, but the Trenches is helping me along to declare it!
