President Trump says he is “sending in Federal help” to Chicago to help curb gun violence.
The president tweeted early Friday that crime in Chicago has reached “epidemic proportions,” referencing the nearly 2,000 shootings in the city so far this year.

The tweet came ahead of a press conference announcing a new ‘Strike Force’ — a collaboration between the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives bureau and the Chicago Police Department.
“The level of violence continues at an unacceptable level,” said Joel Levin, acting U.S. attorney for the Northern district of Illionois. “It is a battle that can only be fought with all hands on deck.”
Twenty ATF agents have been permanently sent to the city for what officials called a “laser focus” on the illegal trafficking of weapons. They join 41 ATF agents already in Chicago. The force will also focus on investigating and prosectuing repeat gun offenders.
“We want to get to the people who are putting some of these guns on the street illegally,” Chicago Police Chief Anthony Riccio said.
“It targets the violent offenders who have no regard for human life,” said Leo Schmitz, Illinois State Police director.
A spokesperson for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel was not impressed with the task force, telling the New York Times, “If the president was as interested in taking action on public safety as he is in tweeting about it, we would have seen these resources months ago.”

Those must be a different kind of guns than the ones I have. When I handle mine they don’t seemingly point towards others like a divining rod towards water.
My guns never seem to go anywhere but where I put them .My guns are well behaved. I’ve never seen my guns running all over town shooting people like those bad guns appear to be doing in Chicago.
The article said something about gun traffic and trafficking. It does makes sense that if a bad gun is going to go all out, illegal and criminal. Why should the gun obey traffic signs?
Conclusion: let us waste no time ,or expense, rounding up all those criminal, illegal guns, and this deadly crime wave in Chicago will be over, for ever. The people of Chicago will live in peaceful harmony. Happily ever after, basking in the warm glow of their brotherly love.
Once this great crusade is behind them, the federal government will probably ask themselves such questions as: Are there any homeless veterans in Chicago whom have bravely served their country when they were called by us, to service? Maybe we could mobilize a special “Strike Force” to get them the help they deserve?

The gang gun crime culture has existed for many many years in Chitcago. It goes back way before the current mayor. It was brought about by the cia and the fbi. Illinois economy is in the toilet. It basically has ‘junk’ status. Look for similar ‘strike forces’ around the country as the economy worsens. The controllers don’t give a rat’s ass about people killing each other in those areas. The feds are creating a scenario with the ‘solution’ being to bring in the military which undoubtedly will be partially comprised of foreign nationals. Trump is continuing the police state agenda.
