Cop tells woman it’s a felony to film him, jails her

“I know the law better than you do,” is what Deputy O’Brien recently told Brandy Burning in Broward County, Florida, as he tried to convince her it was a felony to record him while on duty. It wasn’t, and she knew it, but he still roughed her up and threw her in jail for a night. The Resident discusses.

  1. Jail for that cop and a BIG civil suit for pain and suffering and wouldn`t that be called kidnapping – doing what he did – and criminal charges for assault and battery?
