ABC NewsA German court says a 93-year-old man charged with 300,000 counts of accessory to murder for serving as an SS guard at the Nazis’ Auschwitz death camp will go on trial early next year.
The Lueneburg state court said Tuesday its review of the prosecution’s case against Oskar Groening determined there was enough evidence to proceed with the trial. The starting date has not been announced.
Groening has openly talked in interviews about his time as a guard and says he witnessed atrocities but didn’t commit any crimes himself.
Prosecutors say Groening helped the Nazi regime benefit economically and supported systematic killings in his job by dealing with the belongings stolen from camp victims.
Nearly 50 Holocaust survivors or victims’ families have joined the case as co-plaintiffs.

In the first Soviet Socialist Government of Russia in 1917, of the 502 highest offices, 467 were occupied by Jews. Alexander Solzenitzyn writes in his last book on a history of Russia, that the Jews murdered over 66 million Russians. All the Gulags, prison camps, torture chambers were officiated and run by Jews. The 66 million number included, Russians, Hungarians, Polish, Romanians, Lithuanians, Estonians, Latvians, Ukrainians, etc, including the 12-20 million Ukrainians murdered or starved to death by Stalin in the 1930′. In the past, have we seen the trial of any Jews responsible for the murder of so many millions of peoples.
Twelve Jews were personal aides and assistants to China’s Mao, who orchestrated and officiated over the murder of over 75 million Chinese during the purges of Mao. The Armenian massacre of over 1.5 million Armenians was also conducted and carried out by the Young Turks, who were all Jews also.
Now, they want to prosecute some poor German guard, who did nothing but “guard” prisoners under orders of higher ups, who would have himself been executed if he had not obeyed orders from his commanders.
Lastly, after one has reviewed the horrible conditions at Auschwitz, which had a large “swimming pool, Jewish Orchestra, exercise and game rooms”, etc, and other amenities for the comfort of the inmates, including medical care, one begins to question many a false impression of that camp. The majority of Jews in all the German prison camps, that totaled no more than 350,000, died of typhoid, as the allies, “Americans and British” bombed every thing that moved in the last two years of the war, preventing and destroying the needed medical and food supplies that were sent to the camps.
My father, a Canadian soldier, who landed at Juno at D-Day, fought through Caen and Falise, and spearheaded the drive across the Rhine into Germany, who was among the first to liberate some of the prison camps, said there were no ovens, no gas chambers and most died of typhoid for the reason given above. My mother, a captured Dutch Resistance fighter, spent six months in Buchenwald, six months in the Labor Camps, and one year in the large prison camp near Nuremberg, also denied there were ovens, gas chambers, and that all the numbers were exaggerated “after” the war by the Russians and allies. Even in Auschwitz, which was under Russian control after WWII, the so-called ovens on display were built “one year after WWII” by the Jewish Bolsheviks or Russians to facilitate a great lie.
This is just stupid, and we can only hope someone drops a bomb straight through the courthouse roof while this nonsensical trial is going on.
