PHILADELPHIA — A mother and her daughter have been gunned down in a deadly shooting incident that happened Monday night in Glenolden.
Valerie Morrow, the mother, has been pronounced dead. Her daughter suffered bullet wounds but is now recovering.
The shooter has been identified as Officer Stephen Rozniakowski, according to a report by NBC 10.
Officer Rozniakowski was an employee of the Colwyn Borough Police Department.
According to reports, Officer Rozniakowski had dated the victim, Valerie, several years ago, but was still stalking her.
Earlier in 2014, Officer Rozniakowski was reported and charged with 25 counts of stalking and 50 counts of harassment relating to another fiance of his, who filed reports to keep him away from her.
Despite the charges, the police department evidently did not fire him, and he was not convicted.
He was instead placed on administrative leave.
After basically getting away with 75 counts of stalking and harassment, Officer Rozniakowski was in a position where he was able to kill a mother and shoot her daughter.
One would think that after 75 counts, the department would ensure that he wasn’t able to harm anybody. But unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.
Every one who was involved, DA, chief of Police, investigators, anyone is guilty of this murder and should be in prison
Right after the girl who survived ,sues their butts civilly and owns every bit of their shtuff
My ex son-in-law was a cop. He threatened to stab my daughter and new granddaughter, he choked her up against the wall, he emotionally held her prisoner. Finally, she pretended to call 911, and he called his supervisor to warn them of the call. He handed himself up! He was placed in “anger management” (conviction would mean he couldn’t have a firearm, therefore no police work), resigned, and went to work for an adjoining county. During divorce proceedings, he seemed to know her every move. It was nerve wracking. About 3 years later, he crushed the skull of his girlfriend’s 20 month old, putting her on life support. She died about two months later. Thankfully, his charm did not work on the jury. He’s serving life w/o parole. In all of this, he never was denied a LEO job. Hopefully he won’t win an appeal and get back out on the street.
so, you’d have your work cut out for you than… right?
If he were to get out, you wouldnt allow him to start this all over and affect another innocent life.. right?… right!
make sure you are at his appeal
Why would they fire him? Stalking and harassment are typical “romantic” behaviors when a psychotic cop is in love, and if he wasn’t psychotic, he wouldn’t be a cop.
Any girl who’s attracted to “men in uniform” is probably suffering from some masochistic tendencies. As Friedrich Nietzsche said “a woman wants to be beaten.” I guess that’s the case if they marry cops, who have the highest numbers of wife-beaters of any profession.
(“defeated” might possibly be the modern definition of Nietzsche’s usage of “beaten” in that quote)
hahahah stalking and harassment are what they do for the crown its why they put them on your roads to keep you in a state of fear and comply with the crowns demands
