SEATAC, Wash. — Threats made on social media caused two planes to be evacuated on arrival at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Sunday

A spokesperson said a “security concern” was to blame.

(Reuters) – A swath of the U.S. East Coast from Philadelphia to New York City to Maine was bracing for a potentially historic blizzard on Monday that is expected to dump as much as 3 feet (90 cm) of snow and snarl transportation for tens of millions of people.

Lebanon’s National News Agency reported on Jan. 25 that once again Israel is violating Lebanon’s airspace and carrying out new provocations.

“An Israeli enemy reconnaissance plane breached the Lebanese airspace at 6:45 a.m. Sunday over the town of Alma el-Shaeb, circled over the South region, as well as Beirut and its suburbs, and then left at 3:00 p.m. from above the aforementioned town,” stated the National News Agency report. An employee at a Home Depot in Chelsea shot and killed a supervisor and then turned the gun on himself inside the bustling store Sunday afternoon, cops said.

The 31-year-old employee shot the 38-year-old supervisor three times around 2:40 p.m. and then shot himself in the face.

A police source identified the shooter as Calvin Esdaile, Jr., who was found dead at the scene with one gun shot wound. A bizarre, freaky-looking shark with rows of needle-sharp teeth and an eel-like body was caught by a fisherman in Australia.

The odd creature is a rare type of shark known as a frilled shark, and is sometimes called a fish “fossil” because its roots can be traced back 80 million years, CNN reported. The research was conducted by Felipe Vinecky of the Molecular Biology Department at the University of Brasilia (UnB) in cooperation with the Genetics and Biotechnology Division of state owned agriculture and livestock research company Embrapa. The research involved searching for and combining coffee genes to affect quality. The Nuclear Regulation Authority on Wednesday gave the green light to Tokyo Electric Power Co.’s plan to dump toxic groundwater pumped up at the stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex into the Pacific Ocean after removing almost all radioactive materials from it.
