Who needs America’s primary document, that piece of parchment known as the Constitution? Certainly not Ed Schultz, the leftist hack who used to be a permanent and daily fixture over at MSNBC.
According to Schultz, you’re a “jackass” if you have a soft spot in your heart for that document, Jack Coleman reported at Newsbusters.
“So what has to happen here, folks, and this is political tough talk — if the Democrats don’t want any silence, then they have to speak up and just tell the American people we can’t get anything done on gun violence because Republicans are in the way,” he said in a podcast on Friday. “Put it on the obstructors. Put it on the people who always defend a piece of paper that was two hundred and twenty-five years old or whatever, back in a society that doesn’t even exist today, the Second Amendment. There has to be rules and regulations for a contemporary society.”
Translation: The Constitution, with all its guarantees of freedom and its checks and balances, suck. And so do you if you like it. Of course, he forgets it’s the Constitution that gives him the right to spout off the way he does…
He added:
But until the Democrats become not silent and say that we can’t do gun violence control in this country or any kind of gun measures because Republicans are in the way. Then maybe you might strike a nerve with the American people to get rid of some of these jackasses who live by an old document that is just totally outdated. We’ve changed the Constitution before! We’ve added to the Constitution but we simply cannot do anything about gun violence in America.
Translation: We need to let Democrats eviscerate the Constitution and replace it — with what, exactly?
A dictatorship? Run exclusively by Democrats?

Hard to believe he used to be a “conservative” radio host in North Dakota.
Schultz is obviously a turd. However, Republicans have the same attitude toward the Constitution. They enjoy their guns and want to keep them, but they don’t really believe in the Second Amendment, since they worship the military and the pigs. And they’re even worse than the Democrats about supporting other aspects of the police state.
In this case, “Mr. Ed” truly is the horse’s ass! Maybe he should go pack up his belongings and go live in another country like China where all of his Communist dreams come true!
