Equal Justice for the CEOs of Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae

If a commoner in the United States is arrested and charged with a crime and he or she cannot afford legal council, the courts must appoint legal representation.  Of course, these attorneys, twisters of truth, work for the court and the defendant’s innocence or guilt does not fall into the equation.  The State Prosecutor and the poor person’s so called attorney decide the fate of the defendant, literally out the gate.

This corrupt and unconstitutional system has been so entrenched that at present these treasonous actors have put together charts wherein the attorney, using different criteria such as severity of the crime and prior convictions, shows the defendant his or her punishment as charted and without exception.

If the accused declares innocence the so called legal representative tells the defendant that if you take this to trial you will lose.  And if the accused persists with his innocent pleas, the attorney will quit the case and another attorney will take over in trying to coerce the accused to admit to something he or she did not do.

This is what legal representation for the poor has come to in this country.

Now let’s look at the other half.  CEOs for Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac, who have been accused of fraud, are going to be represented by the best private attorneys in this country, working for them, while the US taxpayer pays all expenses to the tune of about $200 million.

These corrupt CEOs, after destroying the lives of millions of middle class Americans through their commission of securities frauds, received hundreds of millions of dollars in bonuses…and this was after the bailouts.  Now we the people will pay for their legal representation.

When a poor person asks for legal representation, he or she must fill out an affidavit of indigency they shows they cannot afford to pay an attorney.  Of course as a part of the plea deal, they will eventually be coerced into taking, they are charged attorney fees.  And if they can’t afford them, well they can just sweep the streets or pay them off, working as a part of a jail gang, doing jobs for a dollar per hour that could have provided employment for one of their fellow citizens.

If there is anyone who cannot see that there are two sets of rules in this country, one for the rich and one for the poor, then they are not looking at or have not become engaged in the situation.  It has always been right here in front of our faces, you know, white collar crime versus blue collar crime.

It works like this.  A white collar criminal steals a billion dollars and is convicted.  He or she spends six months at an exclusive federal prison for white collar criminals, complete with tennis courts and hand servants.  A blue collar criminal steals five thousand dollars and he or she is put into a state or federal prison for five years where the inmates are raped and murdered as a part of their rehabilitation.

We need to face the facts.  The elite have set up a system wherein they have put themselves so far above the rest of us, that they must be considered aristocracy.  As they continue to whittle away at what is left of our rights, which must be considered miniscule if at all, we are forced to watch the outrage being put right in our faces on their mainstream television broadcasts.

I doubt these CEOs from Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae can be convicted in the US court system, which the corporate elite now own.  There may be some sort of show put on, wherein they are forced to spend a couple of years at one of the federal country clubs, but that will be the full extent of their suffering.

Which begs the question, where is the deterrent?  Well there is none.  This is why the elite go on stealing hand over fist, right out in the open for all to see.  They are laughing at us as we lose everything we have acquired through a lifetime of work and blow our brains out because starting over has become an impossibility.

This is another reason the elite cannot allow Ron Paul to be elected President of these United States.  Just think if they had to face the same punishments we do.  This is also why we must elect Ron Paul as our next president, simply in the name of justice and equality.  If we want the theft of our resources to stop we must return the deterrents to the thefts.

If you think about it the CEOs, who stole people’s houses and pensions causing them to kill themselves, should be charged with negligent homicide and I know where there are a few especially nasty state prisons wherein they could receive their just deserts.  As for the top traitors, they should be charged with treason, high treason, during war time that has led to the deaths of American citizens.

We can make equal justice a reality again in our country.  In fact we will, either through the election of Dr. Paul, or force of arms.  We are in the right; our law is on our side.  It has come to the point that the corruption is so imbedded in our power structure that it is the responsibility of we the people to enforce our laws, hopefully peacefully, through the election of Ron Paul and the reinstitution of our Republic under our Constitution.  If not, then we must do it as our founding fathers did and precipitate an armed revolt.

God bless this Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.

  1. And from there it only gets better and better.Check out why the edges of the flag are embroidered in a courtroom or on a political stage.Read about the birth certificate bond and the invention of your strawman.Thank you for your input and don’t stop now.I know you won’t.

  2. As usual Henry, what’s been said for a long time here on the site has come to pass, Obama denying that our high energy costs are the direct result of natural resources (crude oil and others) being sold on the global market forcing American citizens to pay global prices for gasoline, heating oil, kerosene, electric, etc. All the while he keeps preaching about “alternate sources of energy” which as you have said numerous times only gets invented here, then quickly outsourced to China and other foreign nations for their profit and the elite here who do the outsourcing. This blatant theft sickens me to the core and I still cannot believe how ignorant, blind, and flat out stupid people are for not seeing it for themselves by now!

Obama: No easy answers to lowering pump prices

February 25, 2012 — WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama says there is no easy answer to the problem of rising energy prices and he’s dismissing Republican solutions as little more than gimmicks.

“We know there’s no silver bullet that will bring down gas prices or reduce our dependence on foreign oil overnight,” Obama said Saturday in his weekly radio and Internet address. “But what we can do is get our priorities straight and make a sustained, serious effort to tackle this problem.”

Oil prices are approaching last year’s highs as tensions increase over Iran’s nuclear program. The rise pushed gasoline prices Friday to a national average of $3.65 a gallon, the highest ever for this time of year. A spike in gas prices is normal in spring, but it came earlier than usual this year in large part because of world fears that the growing confrontation with Iran will crimp oil supplies. Iran is the world’s third-largest crude supplier.

Rising oil prices weigh on the economy, pushing leisure and business travel costs higher. Every 1-cent increase in the price of gasoline costs the economy $1.4 billon, analysts say. Obama said Republicans have one answer to the oil pinch: drill.

“You know that’s not a plan, especially since we’re already drilling,” Obama said, echoing his remarks earlier in the week. “It’s a bumper sticker.” Obama is pushing what he calls an “all-of-the-above” approach to the problem of limited energy resources, meaning an attempt to seek out alternative energy sources while reducing consumption of traditional fuels.

In the Republican address, Texas Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison blamed the rise in gasoline prices partly on the Obama administration, which she said has blocked some potential new sources of oil and gas. “We can’t slow down global demand for oil and gas, but we can do a lot more here at home to assure that we have the energy we need and to halt skyrocketing costs,” she said. “President Obama’s policy has resulted in an unprecedented slowdown in new exploration and production of oil and gas.”

For all the political claims, economists say there’s not much a president of either party can do about gasoline prices. Certainly not in the short term. But it’s clear that people are concerned — a new Associated Press-GfK poll says 7 in 10 Americans find the issue deeply important — so it’s sure to be a political issue through the summer.

The price of gasoline, which is made from crude oil, has soared with oil prices. The national average jumped by nearly 12 cents per gallon in a week, with state averages above $4 per gallon in California, Alaska and Hawaii.

At $3.65 per gallon, gasoline is still below last year’s high of $3.98 and the record $4.11 set in 2008.
