Called Canada’s Rachel Corrie, Eva Bartlett is an activist and journalist living in Gaza since 2008. Her eyewitness accounts from Occupied Palestine have been published in the Electronic Intifada, Inter Press Service, Countercurrents and her own blog http://ingaza.wordpress.com./As a volunteer with the International Solidarity Movement, Eva accompanied Gaza farmers and fishers under threat of harassment and sniper fire from Israeli forces. Eva rode with medics in their ambulances during Cast Lead, Israel’s devastating assault on Gaza in 2008-2009 which killed 1500 Palestinians, and she documented the 2012 attacks from a central Gaza Strip hospital.

  1. I wasn’t aware these pigs were randomly using Palestinian farmers for target practice. Good for Eva Bartlett, dodging bullets.
    According to Mike, a local passive real nice guy and caring person who “trusts in Jesus”, we need to support Israel. I talked to Mike and challenged his support for Israel. Now Mike, the nice, passive guy doesn’t like me anymore. So when we think we know nice people, because they’re polite and apparently good people, do we really?
    A person’s goodness is based on their understanding of reality and their quest for truth. Love is based on truth. The Christian Zionist is a scary creature. Because they claim to love Jesus and are usually superficially good people, yet through their dogma and belief they are actually affiliated with the devil. Dumb goy bastards, they’re everywhere…
