Ex-CIA Pilot Gives Sworn Testimony That No Planes Hit The Twin Towers

A former CIA and civilian pilot has sworn an affidavit, stating that no planes flew into the Twin Towers as it would have been physically impossible.

John Lear, the son of Learjet inventorBill Lear, has given his expert evidence that it would have been physically impossible for Boeing 767s, like Flights AA11 and UA175 to have hit the Twin Towers on 9/11, particularly when flown by inexperienced pilots:

‘No Boeing 767 airliners hit the Twin Towers as fraudulently alleged by the government, media, NIST and its contractors’, he stated in the affidavit.

‘Such crashes did not occur because they are physically impossible as depicted, for the following reasons: in the case of UAL 175 going into the south tower, a real Boeing 767 would have begun ‘telescoping’ when the nose hit the 14 inch steel columns which are 39 inches on center.

‘The vertical and horizontal tail would have instantaneously separated from the aircraft, hit the steel box columns and fallen to the ground.

‘The engines when impacting the steel columns would have maintained their general shape and either fallen to the ground or been recovered in the debris of the collapsed building.

‘No Boeing 767 could attain a speed of 540 mph at 1000 feet above sea level ‘parasite drag doubles with velocity’ and ‘parasite power’ cubes with velocity.

  • The fan portion of the engine is not designed to accept the volume of dense air at that altitude and speed.
  • The piece of alleged external fuselage containing 3 or 4 window cutouts is inconsistent with an airplane that hit 14 inch steel box columns, placed at over 500 mph.  It would have crumpled.
  • No significant part of the Boeing 767 or engine could have penetrated the 14 inch steel columns and 37 feet beyond the massive core of the tower without part of it falling to the ground.

‘The debris of the collapse should have contained massive sections of the Boeing 767, including 3 engine cores weighing approximately 9000 pounds apiece which could not have been hidden. Yet there is no evidence of any of these massive structural components from either 767 at the WTC. Such complete disappearance of 767s is impossible.

The affidavit, dated 28th January 2014 is part of a law suit being pursued byMorgan Reynolds in the United States District Court, Southern District, New York.

In March 2007, Reynolds, a former chief economist under the George W Bush administration filed a Request For Correction with the US National Institute of Science and Technology citing his belief that real commercial jets (Boeings) did not hit the WTC towers.

Although the 9/11 Truth movement initially rejected the ‘no-planes’ theory as too outlandish, after scientific and rational analysis, it has become a widely accepted explanation of the evidence collected.

Unlike any other form of statement, an affidavit becomes truth in law, if it is not rebutted.  It will now be up to critics of the theory to present their evidence and analysis to rebut the statement point by point.  If they do not – or cannot – then the US government will be obliged to admit that the account given by the 9/11 Commission is wrong.

The 65 year old retired airline captain and former CIA pilot – who has over 19,000 hours of flight time — also drew attention to the inexperience of the pilots who allegedly flew the planes:

‘The alleged ‘controlled’ descent into New York on a relatively straight course by a novice pilot in unlikely in the extreme because of the difficulty of controlling heading, descent rate and descent speed within the parameters of ‘controlled’ flight.

‘It takes a highly skilled pilot to interpret the “EFIS” (Electronic Flight Instrument Display) display, with which none of the hijacker pilots would have been familiar or received training on, and use his controls, including the ailerons, rudder, elevators, spoilers and throttles to effect, control and maintain a descent.

Lear has, according to his sworn statement, flown over 100 different types of planes during his 40 years of flying and holds more FAA airman certificates than any other FAA certificated airman. He flew secret missions for the CIA in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa between 1967 and 1983 then spent 17 years working for several passenger and cargo airlines as Captain, Check Airman and Instructor.

He is a member of Pilotsfor911truth.org, which has consistently shown that it was impossible for jet airliners to have hit the Twin Towers in the way the 9/11 Commission has suggested.

The Commission did not take evidence from experts or pilots when it conducted its enquiry into the attacks from 2002 to 2004.

  1. I’ve heard the pro’s and con’s concerning this individual.
    If what he’s saying is correct, the question still remains.
    “How did they convey the illusion of the planes flying
    into the buildings ?”
    Holigrams being projected …sure, a possibility.
    But what about the sound of the planes as they flew by ?
    Was that a fantastic bose sound system ?
    Where were the speakers for such a system ?
    He does make good sense as to the debris …
    He also describes the probability of how the engines
    would react to impact.
    And the ultimate question,”Where are the passengers ?”
    Were they flown to and undisclosed location and murdered ?
    What does ring true, regardless of the evidence ……
    Just as with the Warren Commission, this commission,
    which rejected many expert testimonies. Such as Pilots
    and others. Only rings the bell of cover up.
    What “Sound” investigative body wouldn’t want all the
    in put that it could acquire, in order to complete the puzzle ?
    This my friends, reeks of something terribly wrong.
    And like the Kennedy assassination, the complete truth will
    most likely never be known.
    But we can take away this one nugget of truth …

    My theory is that the planes were flown by experienced
    pilots by remote control into the towers.

There is a film on you tube that shows the problem with the planes and that is one plane, flight 175, flying toward the building shows the left wing goes behind a building in the distance and the right wing is with the plane out in the open. As to the sound what is to say if you see a plane you dont automatically seem to hear one or what about that sound thing with the towers that can put sound in your head?

      1. When this happened and the footage was first shown on TV I remember seeing in the TV film footage a white flying disc appearing
        above the Twin Trade Towers, it was almost stationary.
        In the first day of TV news that disc was fully visible in almost every film clip that was shown. I am talking abc/cbs/nbc , the disc was visible in most news clip, every news station. The next day the disc was seen in only a few clips and I didn’t see it again after the 2nd day.
        I kept wondering what that hovering disc-like thing was, surely it wasn’t a ufo, and I kept waiting for the news anchors to mention it, but they never did.
        Other members of my family saw it in the TV film footage too and wondered what that thing was. It was white, cloud like but well formed. So strange.
        I never forgot that flying disc and as years passed I wondered if that was part of a hologram set-up.
        Did anyone else see the single disc hovering over the TTTs?

    2. Hologram technology could have been the illusion … planted bombs through out the building could have been the explosion. Could happen. We have had the technology for a long time now and personally, I’m not discounting it. “They” had/have a definite agenda against the American people.

    3. There was sound but it was not the sound of a jet engine… it was the sound of a missile. The hologram of the commercial jet was projected over the trajectory of the missile. This holographic feat was done twice because no plane, hit either Tower.

      No Boeing 700 series jet can fly that fast in the lower atmosphere without its wings getting ripped-off. This is why cruise missiles traveling over 500 MPH in altitudes of less than 1000 feet are designed with short wings and tail fins.

  2. No planes hit the WTC. Come on the evidence is right there in front of us. Obviously a missile hit the pentagon and no plane was involved. Now tell me it doesn’t make sense a drone couldn’t fire to missiles into the WTC. A bunch of paid off special effects nerds put together videos showing planes hitting the tower and we suppose to believe people around the towers that a plane hit when we’ve all been in a large city with LARGE buildings and all you can see is what is right in front of you. I’m sure missiles produce a sound, how much it sounds like plane I’m not sure. Corporate media keeps showing the videos of the planes hitting over and over and over and over and over until everyone believes it.

  4. slow down, slow down, slow down….before you believe anything, please note that there’s a big discrepancy here.

    The pilot is saying one thing, and Ron Baitley-Simens (author w/Jewish name) is saying something completely different.

    The pilot didn’t say “no planes”. The pilot said “no 767s”, and it looks like the author added his own outlandish embellishments to the pilot’s statements.

    It’s long been known that the transponder signals from flights 175 & 11 disappeared over the air base (It was so long ago that I forget the name of the air-base, but it’s the only one that was ever privatized, and it was sold to Ronald Lauder, heir to Estee Lauder cosmetics, and benefactor of a MOSSAD school near Tel Avav) and the attacking planes seem to have been switched for the original ones at that location.

    No rational person ever said “no planes hit the towers”, but it was a disinformation story being put forward by a couple 9-11 truthers who were compromised by spies (Nico Haupt and Gerard Holmgren) and this author seems to be trying to resurrect it, probably just to add confusion and doubt to alternative versions of the government’s account.

    Separate the pilot’s words from the author’s. The pilot argues that no 767s hit the towers, and that’s probably true, but there are many witnesses, some of whom I’ve spoken to personally, who saw planes slam into the towers.

    What we have here is another Zionist author trying to add confusion to the entire story to prevent something sensible from ever being agreed upon. That leaves all doubts of the government’s narrative forever in the realm of “conspiracy theories” that will be debated, and doubted forever. (just as they argued over the Kennedy assassination for 50 years).

    My brother was working in WTC 6 on 9-11, and he saw plane debris crashing to the ground after the first hit. A friend of mine watched the plane fly right into the tower from where he was working, a block and a half away. A friend of a friend also claimed to have watched one of the planes hit. These weren’t holograms, illusions, or hallucinations. Planes definitely hit the towers, and plane debris was found at the scene, but it’s very doubtful that is was flights 175 and 11

  6. If a person got shot in the head and died, and all the evidence pointed to an individual who did it, what does it matter what caliber the gun was?..The person is dead…I dont need all the particulars, I just want those responsible put in prison forever. And we all have a good idea who they are.
    I dont know what happened, altho I do lean towards the pentagon hit not being a plane, but all of this is becoming nonsense and totally irrelevant.
    Jail the ones who did it.

  8. I wonder if there are any videos that haven’t seen the light of day because the owners are afraid to show them.

    After reading and watching a lot of videos I’m inclined to think this was a remote controlled operation.

    The tech has been around a long time. Consider the testing of the automatic carrier landing system around 1985

  9. I’ve said this all before, and I’ll say I’ll again.
    I find the premise that planes hit those buildings about as plausible as them coming down exactly in their own footprints unaided. That ‘plane’ that hit the south tower LITERALLY sliced into it like a hot knife through warm butter. The ENTIRE plane ‘disappeared’ into the building.

    In the real world, this is physically IMPOSSIBLE. Aluminum, glass and rubber is NO MATCH for concrete and steel. That ‘plane’ did not accordion as it should have once it was partially into the building. At best, at least a good third of that plane should have still been visible OUTSIDE the building, once it came to a screeching halt against CONCRETE AND STEEL.

    I’ve seen footage of that ‘plane’ slowed down to frame by frame, and the entire plane literally disappears into that tower without creating so much as a tiny crack. NOTHING. Just like a Hollywood special effects presentation.The explosion comes at the exact moment the tail disappears completely.

    I’ve also seen a video that was only seen live once. It was shot from a news helicopter from ABOVE the Twin Towers. What it showed was the side of the south tower exploding. What it also showed was no plane hitting the tower anytime prior to the explosion. NOTHING.
    The explanation for this anomaly is simple. Holograms cannot be seen from all angles. They can be created to be seen from a good number of angles, but not ALL. This newscopter was above the towers, so what it recorded was what actually transpired. NO PLANE HIT THAT TOWER.
    (btw, that video has since been scrubbed. It’s been my experience that the so-called ‘government’ only scrubs the true info out there.)

    Unless someone can irrefutably prove that ANY of the laws of physics can be suspended even temporarily (hell, I’d even believe Anna Nicole Smith married for love, if you could pull that one off), then I stand by my assessment. No planes hit those towers. Holograms.

    And don’t bother calling me crazy. You’ve got a long list of predecessors.
