The animals are cute, but when I was teaching junior high in Presidio, Texas–average winter temp in the upper 40s–Presidio is on the Rio Grande across from Ojinaga, Mexico–it actually snowed one afternoon when the students were outside right after lunch, before afternoon classes…and you should have seen how amazed they were–thrilled is more like it! Many of them had never seen snow. They were also pissed the snow didn’t stick.
