More than two dozen FBI agents, hazardous materials crews, police and fire fighters swarmed around a building at Polk and Jackson streets in San Francisco Saturday morning while FBI agents served a warrant, police said.
Police blocked traffic on Jackson Street for several hours between Van Ness Avenue and Polk.
The building is a two-story, gray 1970s-era structure with commercial space on the ground floor and apartments upstairs. Hazmat crews leaving the building were hosed down.
The FBI did not return calls seeking comment Saturday.
