NSW bill to ban ‘anti-vax’ kids

Unvaccinated children would be banned from NSW preschools and childcare centres under legislation to be introduced into state parliament.
Labor leader John Robertson will introduce amendments to the public health act which would give early childhood centres the right to refuse kids who haven’t had their shots.
The move comes amid concern about high rates of unvaccinated children in some parts of NSW as well as the emergence of so-called “anti-vaxers” who oppose vaccination.
Mr Robertson says the move will remind those who had forgotten to fully vaccinate their children to do so.
He also said parents who chose not to vaccinate their children were putting the lives of other kids at risk.
“This shouldn’t be about the alternative wishes of parents who choose to ignore the advice of doctor, it has to be about the health of our children and young people,” he said in a statement on Sunday.
“Parents who choose not to vaccinate aren’t just putting their own children at risk, they are putting other people’s innocent children at risk of preventable diseases as well.
“There is quite simply no reasonable argument against childhood vaccination,” he said.
Mr Robertson says he will consult with the community and early childhood sector before drafting the legislation.

Let’s just take a look at the wording of this article:
- Unvaccinated children would be banned – what he really means to say is that they will certainly be banned as the government will apply pressure to schools to refuse entry!!
- The move comes amid concern about high rates of unvaccinated children – who is actually concerned those that support the pharmaceutical industry?
- Mr Robertson says the move will remind those who had forgotten to fully vaccinate their children to do so – What he actually means is this is not a simple reminder but a dictator telling the parents they must vaccinate their young!!
- He also said parents who chose not to vaccinate their children were putting the lives of other kids at risk – Perhaps Mr. Robertson could explain this theory…..does he mean those that have been vaccinated are at risk?
- “This shouldn’t be about the alternative wishes of parents who choose to ignore the advice of doctor, it has to be about the health of our children and young people,” – could he be more specific in this assumption – does he know that doctors are rewarded for taking sides with the pharmaceutical industry? – does he know that evidence from leading experts in the world now contradict the assurance of some vaccines, many of which are un-proven?
To summerise, if vaccinations are guaranteed protection against preventable diseases who would be at risk other than those that choose not to have such vaccines?…………really does not make sense!!

An extraordinary new paper published by a courageous doctor and investigative medical researcher has dug the dirt on 30 years of secret official transcripts of meetings of UK government vaccine committees and the supposedly independent medical “experts” sitting on them with their drug industry connections.
If you want to get an idea of who is responsible for your child’s condition resulting from a vaccine adverse reaction then this is the paper to read. What you have to ask yourself is if the people on these committees are honest and honourable and acting in the best interests of British children, how is it this has been going on for at least 30 years?
This is what everyone has always known but could never prove before now. Pass this information on to others so they can see what goes on in Government health committees behind locked doors.
Deliberately concealing information from parents for the sole purpose of getting them to comply with an “official” vaccination schedule could be considered as a form of ethical violation or misconduct. Official documents obtained from the UK Department of Health (DH) and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) reveal that the British health authorities have been engaging in such practice for the last 30 years, apparently for the sole purpose of protecting the national vaccination programme.
The author, Dr Lucija Tomljenovic writes:
Here I present the documentation which appears to show that the JCVI made continuous efforts to withhold critical data on severe adverse reactions and contraindications to vaccinations to both parents and health practitioners in order to reach overall vaccination rates which they deemed were necessary for “herd immunity”, a concept which with regards to vaccination, and contrary to prevalent beliefs, does not rest on solid scientific evidence as will be explained. As a result of such vaccination policy promoted by the JCVI and the DH, many children have been vaccinated without their parents being disclosed the critical information about demonstrated risks of serious adverse reactions, one that the JCVI appeared to have been fully aware of. It would also appear that, by withholding this information, the JCVI/DH neglected the right of individuals to make an informed consent concerning vaccination. By doing so, the JCVI/DH may have violated not only International Guidelines for Medical Ethics (i.e., Helsinki Declaration and the International Code of Medical Ethics) but also, their own Code of Practice.

From my perspective I have covered the massive cover-up’s of past and current vaccination programmes in my many articles (that were supported by forensic evidence). I guess the likes of Mr. John Robertson would have no knowledge on the lack of medical evidence to support many of today’s vaccines let alone such things as the Helsinki Declaration or the International Code of Medical Ethics. No Doubt Mr. Robertson supports the UN Agenda 21 programme or maybe he’s also blind to what lies behind this evil programme of mass depopulation!!
Many times I have written to our leaders and respective medical professionals pleading with them to drop many of these forced unproven vaccination programmes (all to no avail). However, I will continue to provide the evidence which can be used at a later date in any class action against those that enforce these false vaccines and at the same time put such briefing on record to show they have reneged on their duty of care to protect their respective citizens.

The transcripts of the JCVI meetings also show that some of the Committee members had extensive ties to pharmaceutical companies and that the JCVI frequently co-operated with vaccine manufacturers on strategies aimed at boosting vaccine uptake. Some of the meetings at which such controversial items were discussed were not intended to be publicly available, as the transcripts were only released later, through the Freedom of Information Act (FOI). These particular meetings are denoted in the transcripts as “commercial in confidence”, and reveal a clear and disturbing lack of transparency, as some of the information was removed from the text (i.e., the names of the participants) prior to transcript release under the FOI section at the JCVI website (for example, JCVI CSM/DH (Committee on the Safety of Medicines/Department of Health) Joint Committee on Adverse Reactions Minutes 1986-1992).
In summary, the transcripts of the JCVI/DH meetings from the period from 1983 to 2010 appear to show that:
1) Instead of reacting appropriately by re-examining existing vaccination policies when safety concerns over specific vaccines were identified by their own investigations, the JCVI either a) took no action, b) skewed or selectively removed unfavourable safety data from public reports and c) made intensive efforts to reassure both the public and the authorities in the safety of respective vaccines;
2) Significantly restricted contraindication to vaccination criteria in order to increase vaccination rates despite outstanding and unresolved safety issues;
3) On multiple occasions requested from vaccine manufacturers to make specific amendments to their data sheets, when these were in conflict with JCVI’s official advices on immunisations;
4) Persistently relied on methodologically dubious studies, while dismissing independent research, to promote vaccine policies;
5) Persistently and categorically downplayed safety concerns while over-inflating vaccine benefits;
6) Promoted and elaborated a plan for introducing new vaccines of questionable efficacy and safety into the routine paediatric schedule, on the assumption that the licenses would eventually be granted;
7) Actively discouraged research on vaccine safety issues;
8) Deliberately took advantage of parents’ trust and lack of relevant knowledge on vaccinations in order to promote a scientifically unsupported immunisation program which could put certain children at risk of severe long-term neurological damage;
Notably, all of these actions appear to violate the JCVI’s own Code of Practice.

Every child to get flu vaccine in bid to prevent epidemic

Every child in England and Wales will be vaccinated against flu each year to limit the spread of outbreaks, the Government will announce today.
While flu is very rarely fatal in children, they tend to be the biggest transmitters of the virus which kills around 4,000 people each year and places a huge strain on the health service.
All children aged two will be offered a nasal flu vaccine from this September. The programme will be rolled out to all primary and pre-school children next year, with secondary school pupils starting to be vaccinated in 2015.
The flu programme is part of a wider roll-out of vaccinations across the NHS. As part of the plan, a new shingles vaccination will be available for people aged over 70. Health officials say that the programme will prevent nearly 40 per cent of the 30,000 cases seen every year in older people.
Children under the age of four months will be vaccinated against rotavirus – a highly infectious bug that causes around 140,000 diarrhoea cases a year in under-fives. It is estimated that the vaccine could halve the number of vomiting and diarrhoea cases caused by rotavirus, resulting in 70 per cent fewer hospital stays.
Health officials stressed that the timings of the new programmes had not been affected by the recent measles outbreak – which has focused attention on vaccination and led to a rise in the uptake of the MMR vaccine.
However, ministers believe that in the long-term mass vaccination programmes are a cost-effective way of reducing demand on the NHS at a time of tight financial constraint. The decisions to introduce the new vaccination programmes and update the existing ones were made after the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation – a panel of independent vaccine experts – studied all the available evidence.
Professor David Salisbury, the Government’s Director of Immunisation, said: “We already have a world class vaccination programme in place, so I’m pleased that we will be able to protect even more people against disease starting later this year.”

Freedom of Information Act in the UK filed by a doctor there has revealed 30 years of secret official documents showing that government experts have:
1. Known the vaccines don’t work
2. Known they cause the diseases they are supposed to prevent
3. Known they are a hazard to children
4. Colluded to lie to the public
5. Worked to prevent safety studies
Educated parents can either get their children out of harm’s way or continue living inside one of the largest most evil lies in history, that vaccines – full of heavy metals, viral diseases, mycoplasma, faecal material, DNA fragments from other species, formaldehyde, polysorbate 80 (a sterilizing agent) – are a miracle of modern medicine.
Then this criticism of Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This still has not happened.
WHY?
The special Vaccine Court created by the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), in 1987, had become overloaded with claims about 2007, and the Special Masters running the court simply did not want to have to trudge through the backlog of the 5,400 cases facing it over vaccine injuries.
There in 2010, a special Vaccine Court sub-set, called the OAP, decided six test cases – three from theMMR Vaccine causes Autism argument, and three from the Thimerosal (mercury) in vaccines causes Autism argument. Those cases were themselves, representing a backlog of the 5,400 cases, which, in turn, represented the interests of over 2,000,000 vaccine damaged children in the US. More, those cases, if won by the Plaintiffs, would have set the stage for relief for the families of the one in six children vaccine damaged showing neurological damage.
The OAP judges relied COMPLETELY, for all six cases, on the truth and validity of the five so-called studies ordered and run by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
On October 26, 2011, a Denver Post editorial expressed shock that the Obama administration, after promising to be especially transparent, was proposing changes to the Freedom of Information Act that would allow it to go beyond declaring some documents secret and to actually allow government agencies (such as the CDC) to declare some document “non-existent.”
Simultaneous to this on-going massive CDC cover up involving its primary “health” not recommendation but MANDATE for American children, the CDC is in deep trouble over its decades of covering up the damaging effects of fluoride and affecting the lives of all Americans, especially children and the immune compromised. Lawsuits are being prepared. Children are ingesting 3-4 times more fluoride by body weight as adults and “[t]he sheer number of potentially harmed citizens — persons with dental fluorosis, kidney patients tipped into needing dialysis, diabetics, thyroid patients, etc. — numbers in the millions.”
The CDC is obviously acting against the health of the American people. But the threat to the lives of the American people posed by the CDC’s behavior does not stop there. It participated in designed pandemic laws that are on the books in every state in the US, which arrange for the government to use military to force unknown, untested vaccines, drugs, chemicals, and “medical” treatments on the entire country if it declares a pandemic emergency.

This pressure to vaccinate everyone’s kids can only be to facilitate poisoning them because it’s being applied by people who are obviously not concerned with anyone’s health, and have expressed their desire to reduce the population many times.
This is enough to tell you that you should avoid being vaccinated at all costs.
