A former NYPD officer has mislaid both of his legs after he he allegedly stabbed his ex-girlfriend to death, afterwards jumped in front of a transport train, according to reports.
Arthur J. Lomando, 44, is indicted of aggressive his former flame, 48-year-old Suzanne Bardzell, a special preparation clergyman and mom of two, with a machete as she pulled into a drive during her Midland Park, New Jersey, home on Thursday afternoon, PIX 11 reports.
Her automobile was still running when military arrived and a purported murder arms was recovered inside a vehicle, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli. It’s misleading who called 911.
“Mr. Lamondo confronted her in a driveway, pennyless her left window, and afterwards pounded her with a really vast machete form of knife, distinguished her several times,” Molinelli pronounced Thursday.
After allegedly aggressive Bardzell, Lomando afterwards fled to New York City, where he jumped in front of a transport sight during Amsterdam and St. Nicholas avenues, a Bergen Record reports. He is being treated during Harlem Hospital Center, where he underwent medicine for his injuries overnight.
ABC News 7 reports that doctors had to amputate both of Lombando’s legs, yet he is approaching to survive.
Molinelli pronounced that there was a story of domestic assault between a two, who met online and antiquated for 3 years. At a time of a purported attack, Bardzell had a confining sequence opposite Lomando, according to NJ.com.
Lomando is a former New York Police Department patrolman who had been “separated from a military dialect for earthy and/or mental reasons,” Molinelli said. He did not elaborate on a inlet of those reasons.
Authorities are in a routine of charging Lomando with murder, weapons offenses and violating a confining order, Molinelli said.
