A gunman was reported dead after shootings on Thursday at several places in Chattanooga, Tennessee, including a U.S. military recruiting center, and a police officer was hit by gunfire, authorities and local media said.
CBS News reported the gunman was dead a couple of hours after the shootings began, quoting police sources. In a tweet, the Chattanooga Police Department said that the situation was over and that details would be forthcoming.
The shootings appeared to have occurred in at least two locations including the recruiting center and a U.S. Navy Reserve center about six miles (10 km) away.
“We’ve got an officer down,” Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke told reporters, calling it a “very terrible situation.”
A witness at a glass company near the Navy center said the area was on lockdown, with the shooting there starting at about 11 a.m. (1500 GMT).
“We have heard multiple shots fired,” said Marilyn Hutcheson of Binswanger Glass installation and repair service.
The emergency department at Erlanger Medical Center, a major hospital in the southeastern Tennessee city, was also on lockdown, hospital spokeswoman Susan Sawyer said.
Local media reports said the shooter appeared to be firing from an automobile. A photo of the recruiting center broadcast on cable TV news station CNN showed its entrance riddled with bullet holes.
Federal authorities were also on the scene, local news reports said. The Tennessee Highway Patrol also assisted local law enforcement, said spokesman John Harmon.
Chattanooga State Community College, near where shots were heard, advised on its website: “Everyone stay inside, close doors.”
The city along the Tennessee River is in the southeastern section of the state just north of the Georgia border. Just over 173,000 people live there, according to a 2013 estimate from the U.S. Census Bureau.

How about they actually use “LONE GUNMAN” lol, that’s an automatic tipoff it’s a false flag:

Now according to my forumla I've posted here before:
– lone nut gunman
– had some/all of these: confederate flag, nazi flag, 9/11 t-shirt, rightwinger/white supremacist/skinhead/etc…
– there will be a "hero" story, where someone saved some lives during the shooting
– the FBI either had prior contact with the shooter, or "fumbled the ball" on sure-fire identifying him ahead of time or stopping him from purchasing a gun, or the “lone nut gunman” was an FBI INFORMANT
– a "MANIFESTO" will come out afterwards
– sensatinal pictures will come out of him (with a nazi flag, etc…)
– no video will come out of this, even though you can't take a shit without the government or someone having a video of it
– NSA/DHS is paid BILLIONS to ID people like this ahead of time…but no one will talk about how they somehow never ID crazy lone nut gunmen telegraphing the event well ahead of time
– they will push a law such as Patriot Act, take down confederate flag, gun control, etc…
– somehow "jews" will come up, like he hated jews, was a nazi sympathizer, etc…
– southern poverty law center will be extensively quoted on "domestic rightwing terrorists"
– conflicting stories, multiple shooters going down to "lone nut gunman", anonymous sources, no proof, no evidence…just take the mainstream media's word for it!
– enormous amount of things that don't make sense in the story
– instant wrap-up of event…although they didn't see it coming
– detailed history of "lone nut gunman" emerges with lightning speed…even though they didn't see this coming
– if it’s not a “rightwinger” but it’s a muslim/middle easterner/former soviet bloc, adjust above accordingly, IE: he had connections to ISIS instead of to white supremacist groups, etc…

Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez , according to Drudge, was the shooter. With a name like that, I’m positive he was a right-wing militia type, that the SPLC, FBI and Homies see as the main terror threat to the U.S.A. I just know I’m right!
I will bet $50 that this will dovetail perfectly into the Kenyan’s plan to indefinitely suspend peoples rights to acquire weapons w/o waiting 3 years. This is his new plan after the S.C shootings, if those even happened…….
