Loretta Fuddy, director of the Hawaii Department of Health, reportedly died due to injuries she received in the crash of a small commuter plane shortly before 4:00 p.m. local time Wednesday. Confirmation of her death occurred at approximately 8:00 p.m. local time (1:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, December 12, 2013).

According to initial news reports, Fuddy was one of  eight other people — including the pilot — in the plane and the only person to succumb to her injuries. Based on reports from EMS sources, three survivors were taken to Oahu, three to Molokai General Hospital and two members of the plane’s party declined treatment.  The plane crash occurred about a half-mile off shore of the north shore of Molokai, shortly after taking off from Kalaupapa, Emergency officials responding to the crash site reported seeing eight people floating in the water wearing life vests.

Fuddy was at the center of controversy in the birth certificate controversy as she was the person who reportedly granted “an exception” to Barack Obama, allegedly witnessing the copying of Obama’s birth certificate and attested to its authenticity. Her involvement in the alleged fraudulent activity pertaining to the long form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, was the discussion of The Hagmann & Hagmann Report , along with numerous others, as detailed in this report.

  1. Typical of our government. They get you to lie (O’Bama’s birth certificate) then if they think you will squeal and tell the press you were coerced they waste you. Sort of reminds me of the JFK witnesses and how most of them died in strange accidents or suicides. Also of note…maybe this lady had something to do with Monsanto’s GMO’s being banned from Hawaii last week. This could be Monsanto’s revenge.

    1. She was just (dare I say it) a “Fuddy-Duddy” paper pushing, rubber-stamping bureaucrat who had expired her usefulness and became a liability. I see everyone else in the plane survived.
