As for taking them, the best way I found was to chop them up in a vegetable chopper, toss a spoonful to the back of my throat, and wash it down with some type of drink (fruit juices were what I usually used). They’re fairly bitter, so water isn’t your best option, but it’ll do, if you can handle the taste of the kernels (which I can, but prefer not to).

I’m currently on my 3rd round of curing lung cancer, wv (been almost 8 years since the 1st time). The kernels worked the first 2 times… the only reason it keeps recurring is because I refuse to quit smoking.
