Hillary Clinton’s Dishonest Anti-Gun Tirade Can’t Distinguish between the Constitution and Declaration of Independence

Freedom Outpost – by Tim Brown

It really is amazing what kind of people Americans allow to represent them in a particular fashion. The fact that Hillary Clinton has not yet been indicted is on the symptom of what America has become. Recently, Clinton decided that she would use a mixed bag of quotations from the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in order to make a point for more gun control. As we’ll see, it doesn’t work out so well for the mentally challenged Saul Alinsky disciple.

Here’s what Clinton said on the Steve Harvey Show:

“No one is coming to take your gun away if you’re a responsible gun owner,” Clinton began. “But please help us keep guns out of the hands of people who should not have them in the first place.”

OK, stop right there. Clinton is lying through her teeth. Of course, all gun control prohibition proponents, like Mrs. Clinton, always have as their end game, the elimination of guns from the populace. If you don’t believe me, just listen to gun grabber Senator Dianne Feinstein when she blurted out the truth about what she really desires in saying that if she had her way, she would say, “Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ’em all in.” No gun grabber has ever rejected Feinstein’s words… not one of them.

The fact of the matter is that on numerous occasions, gun grabbers, like Mrs. Clinton, have talked in general terms about those “people who should not have them in the first place.” However, while there may be those who commit violent crimes who should not own a gun, there is a sure way to determine that no one’s rights are infringed upon and that they never get a gun again, and that is to deal with them justly. Most violent crimes that I know of could be handled in a proper way via the death penalty, as I’ve said before. Things like murder, rape, kidnapping, etc. could be dealt with swiftly and lawfully and would make sure that those who should not have a gun, don’t have one.

However, like so many, Clinton also is advancing the communist ideology of the state determining who is mentally unfit to own a gun too. She falls right in line with our veterans not having guns if they are deemed “mentally unstable.” In other words, Clinton and her comrades like Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, are all in favor of usurping authority to deem people mentally competent or not in order to exercise their God given rights, even though they have never been convicted of a crime! That is a clear violation of the Fifth Amendment and a clear violation of how the law works. Sadly, among theirfirst targets are America’s veterans.

Of course, she went on to play “the children card” and talk about protecting them and “our families.” However, there is no guarantee or right of “safety” in neither the Declaration nor the Constitution. The world is dangerous, and as such, it requires that men be armed in order to at least be able to deal with those things that threaten their safety. What better way to do so than by arming and training yourself to use your own firearms?

She then went on to promote the lies of gun grabbers like useful idiot Shannon Watts of Moms Demand Action that 92% of Americans agree with her. She then jumped the shark by saying that 85% of gun owners agree with her too, which is another big whopper.

What she doesn’t tell you in all of these canned lying responses of hers is that she does not believe the second part of the Second Amendment applies to you and me, you know, that part about “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”?

Guns in the News reported, “…candidate Hillary has already stated that the 2nd Amendment does not apply to you and me. She has been vocal in that Heller, and McDonald were wrongly adjudicated and should be overturned. While we could fight that battle again, it is her support to allow civil suits against gun dealers and manufacturers, if their guns are used in a crime, that will spells freedom and the second amendment’s demise. No need for a defective product or an error in design. Forget that the Federal Government has to approve all new gun sales through the background check system.”

Clinton has made her opinion clear regarding the right of individuals to keep and bear arms. She hassaid, “… the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment. And I am going to make that case every chance I get.” And she has even gone after gun manufacturers and dealers saying, “Let’s put the gun makers and sellers on notice that they’re not going to get away with it.”

As if that was not enough, Clinton then threw this cherry on top of her previous un-American and un-Constitutional comments.

“We’ve got to say to the gun lobby, you know what, there’s a constitutional right for people to own guns, but there’s also a constitutional right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that enables us to have a safe country where we are able to protect our children and others from this senseless gun violence,” she told Harvey.

Friends, the woman cannot distinguish between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. She does this purposefully because she is a psychopathic liar. The Declaration of Independence merely laid the foundation for why American colonists stood against the tyranny of the English Parliament and King George and it declared a basis for why they were seeking independence. However, the Second Amendment is clear that government has been given no authority to issue permits for arms of any kind, restrict arms or regulate arms in any way. Such actions by government would indicate that those who engage in them do not recognize keeping and bearing arms as a right given to us by our Creator. That Mrs. Clinton comes directly from the Declaration of Independence and that Mrs. Clinton is one of hundreds of reasons that you should never see the inside of the Oval Office again, but should be facing justice according to law.

  1. What most people forget or never bothered to learn is that those that SERVE WITHIN our governments are constitutionally – thus contractually and by the supreme law of this land – are REQUIRED to use the people as the Militia to
    — Enforce the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
    — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
    — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
    — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

That was because governments throughout history are the biggest danger the people face. So with the people themselves – being trained as the congress requires the military to be trained and KNOWING the US Constitution – doing those things the people who serve within our governments could use force against the people to take control of our nation.

There was to be no standing (permanent) military because, again, the people themselves were to stop invasions of our borders, and then if a military was needed they were to be drawn from the already trained Militia while the Militia held the line. Why? Because having a standing military, be it militarized law enforcement or actual military units, are the biggest threat to the common people. The Military can only be called upon WHEN and IF the congress declares war. They can only be funded for two years total in times of peace, and no other types of “war” are allowed except in DEFENSE of our nation.

    Proof
War defined: ‘Open and declared conflict between the armed forces of two or more states or nations’. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/war

US Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

US Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 12: “To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years.”

Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.”

Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

Thomas Jefferson, 1st inaugural, explained that: “a well-disciplined militia” is “our best reliance in peace and for the first moments of war, till regulars may relieve them” and also a guarantee of “the supremacy of the civil over the military authority; [and] economy in the public expense.”

Tench Coxe: “Who are the militia? are they not ourselves. Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. THEIR SWORDS, AND EVERY OTHER TERRIBLE IMPLEMENT OF THE SOLDIER, ARE THE BIRTH-RIGHT OF AN AMERICAN… THE UNLIMITED POWER OF THE SWORD IS NOT IN THE HANDS OF EITHER THE FEDERAL OR STATE GOVERNMENTS but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE.”

Samuel Adams: “It is always dangerous to the liberties of the people to have an army stationed among them, over which they have no control … The Militia is composed of free Citizens. There is therefore no danger of their making use of their Power to the destruction of their own Rights, or suffering others to invade them..”

Richard Henry Lee: “A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …”

George Mason, Co-author of the Second Amendment: “I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few public officials. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.”

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Papers 28: “The militia is a voluntary force not associated or under the control of the States except when called out; [when called into actual service] a permanent or long standing force would be entirely different in make-up and call.”

John Adams, “A Defense of the Constitutions of the United States”: “To suppose arms in the hands of citizens, to be used at individual discretion, except in private self-defense, or by partial orders of towns, countries or districts of a state, is to demolish every constitution, and lay the laws prostrate, so that liberty can be enjoyed by no man; it is a dissolution of the government. The fundamental law of the militia is, that it be created, directed and commanded by the laws, and ever for the support of the laws.”

To me Patrick Henry says it best.

Patrick Henry: “When government removes your armaments, you will have NO power but government will have ALL power! What will you do when evil men take office?” “When evil men take office, the whole gang will be in collusion. They will keep the people in utter ignorance and steal their liberty by ambuscade. “ “The president will lead in the treason….” “The power of the federal courts would swell the patronage of the president.” “A standing army we shall have, also to execute the execrable commands of tyranny.”

    1. “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

      – John Adams

  2. “Sadly, among theirfirst targets are America’s veterans”

Is it not wise to move upon the most skilled and experienced with guns, as a priority, when defending a totalitarian government?

  3. “But please help us keep guns out of the hands of people who should not have them in the first place.”

Hmm….. Second Article to the Bill of Rights:

“The Right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!”, meaning whether they should or should not have them is irrelevant and makes no difference as EVERYONE has the right to keep and bare arms, PERIOD, regardless of who they are or what they have done.
