Pat DollardExcerpted from KVOA: The News 4 Tucson Investigators have uncovered exclusive information about an illegal immigrant on the job, with a badge and gun, working as a law enforcement officer in southern Arizona.
The investigation in this case began when a man applied for a visa to stay here in the United States.
Federal authorities began their own background investigation on that man.
That’s when they learned he has a sister who is an officer with the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The News 4 Tucson Investigators discovered that officer, Carmen Figueroa, has actually been working for DPS for about 13 years, possibly by using a fake or forged birth certificate.
One of Figueroa’s past duties was Public Information Officer or spokesperson for the department.
The News 4 Tucson Investigators wanted to find out: how could something like this happen?

Well now, this should take care of one drug/alien pipe line for a few hours maybe. Just goes to show that they do not do back ground checks to be a cop, but if you apply for a job at a burger king or a mc donalds they will back ground check the crap out of ya.

Forged Birth Certificate??? Where have I heard that before – I don’t think it matters to anybody that she’d have a forged Birth Certificate
WOW! WOW! WOW!! This is absolutely insane now. An illegal immigrant has a job as a police officer. OMG! Now I’ve seen everything. I’m sure DHS will get to work fixing his papers and making him legal right away.
Oh man, these bastards need to be hanged. Both the illegal immigrant and the asshole who hired him and allowed him to work as an officer.
