Input Needed on New Trenches Bumper Stickers

[Tenches on the road (1)Bulldog and Missy have generously offered to have bumper stickers made to be donated to the Trenches.  Their idea is for our people to donate (seeing as how we have lost a few sponsors) in return for a bumper sticker.  We have replied that we will accept the offer of the first batch and will have more made with the proceeds.  As soon as we receive them we will post the announcement with pictures of the bumper sticker.  Thanks Bulldog and Missy.  – Admin.]

I designed some different Trenchers stickers, I feel are a little better than the other ones, I thought it would be fun to have the Trenchers vote on it in the comments and add what words they would add in places they could. I would like to order more, but I figured it would be nice to have input!!!!

  1. #6 only has one drawback. It ended up with a white trim all the way around it. It is also slightly less readable to moving traffic because the words are smaller. Other than that, it is great.

      1. We thought about taking the face off of 6 to make the words larger, but we are not geek enough for that yet. 🙂

        1. Hi Bulldog,

I like 1 because it conveys the basic issues all around,.. The Bill Of Rights is the source of our freedoms (the Constitution is the CONSTRAINTS on gov’t expansion)

I like number 2 because it simplle, clean and large print which means it can be seen at a greater distance more easily.

I like 6, but I would recommend the following format changes:

          1) Leave the picture of Paine and the old looking document manuscript (Constitution?) as the background

          2) Split the Radio Show name into two lines.

          3) Use the same style/color of font for all the words.

          4) Use an Old English, but very easy to read font for the phrase:

          From The Trenches
          World Report.Com

That would make it easier to read at a distance and more appealing to the eye than mismatched fonts, sizes, colors.

JD – US Marines – Just a couple of suggestions.

          1. I wish I knew how to do all of the tech stuff. We can upload a design that is created outside of their site. I just haven’t figured out how to create graphics yet.

  2. Hey if anyone can think of words to put where it says, wake up now, wake up to your enslavement, bill of rights, and freedom, these can be changed with other wording!! Of course the website has to be the same!! 🙂

    1. Hi Missy,

I would suggest that it should say:

“Wake Up From Your Enslavement”,…. not “to”.

I understand the concept incorporated by using “to”,.. but “to” conveys the notion that IF you wake up,… THEN you will be enslaved,… rather that what is occuring, which is most people do not even realize they are ALREADY enslave (and are alseep about it).

A small grammatical change that has a big difference in meaning.

      JD – US Marines

      1. You are correct JD, once I wrote it, and then looked at it again, I thought the same thing! It is like wake up then you will be enslaved. Thank You!!! We would definately change that!! 🙂

        1. Hi Missy,

Yes Ma’am,… what you stated is exactly the initial interreptation my mind instantly made,… which I realized,.. other people would probably also do.

Glad you caught it too. 🙂

          JD

      2. Yea I was thinking that same thing when I first read that. Definitely change it to “from” instead of “to”. Otherwise, it sounds wrong.

    1. It is the Lexington Minuteman Statue. (Don’t know who posed for it.)
The Concord Minuteman Statue wears a hat and holds his gun in one hand, while leaning on his plow handle with the other.

      1. Grew up in Dover,20 miles from statue as the crow flies, sad what has become of my home state, birthplace of revolution in many ways.

    2. Hi Katie, his name was Captain John Parker. He commanded the Lexington militia at the battle of Lexington.

        1. Evening James, She has another vet appointment Friday, they say they have a new med that has been working wonders for other dogs. Fingers crossed, I’ll let you know.

          1. I hope it works well or other alternative found, enjoy the Spring smells and all that is new with her and all the gang!

  3. Looking at them all, in the light of an
individual who knows nothing of the site, at all.
    # 2 and # 3 appeals the most.
    Reasons :
Clean, uncluttered, and easy to read appearance.
Which presents clear thinking, and promotes enough
appeal to follow up on it, and visit the site….
Which is what we want ….and need.
Let’s not go towards some “wild eyed, hip look”
    that’s difficult to read.
That will lose peoples interest right off the bat.
They cannot visit what they’re unable to read
    going down the road.
Remember, it’s the facts we need to get out to
“guy in the street” who’s looking for answers.

    1. I agree with you, PARACLETE.
I would also like to add (IMHO) that I don’t think added comments, like “Wake Up To Your Enslavement,” are necessary. They could keep people from checking out the site who would actually “Wake Up” after visiting it.

      1. Angel, that is why I wanted a vote!! I would like like to see that, but I am awake, I thought of that after I put it, it might scare people away. These are only drafts that I saved, the only ones purchased so far are 5 and 6, we did that before thinking about you guys being able to vote. We are a family and we want your opinion!!!

        1. I’m aware of that, Missy. Just putting in my 2 cents, for what it’s worth. Like I said, it was “IMHO.” Wasn’t putting you down. Thought you asked for “Input.”

          1. I don’t understand the attitude, I was not being mean. I was not disrespecting you, I was just telling you my thought process, I liked what you said, I was agreeing with you. 🙂

    1. Yes PARACLETE I agree, I like between 5 and 6 though. I would add that sayin` ” News With Truth” on 5 and 6

    2. Paraclete, I like News with Truth, I could not think of any slogans today!! I blame the chemtrails!! 🙂

    3. I like that better too, PARACLETE.
You added that comment while I was trying (3 Times) to get the site to recognize this new computer for my previous reply to you. LOL

  4. I like #6 as it does not seem threatening, let me explain.Lets face it,the cops are getting more uptight it seems daily(so am I to a degree!),stickers that are on a vehicle can set a more confrontational edge to a interaction with the cops.I personally have no stickers at all on my vehicles though wear very confrontational t-shirts in some peoples eyes,#6 for me gets a message out in a quieter way, would be fine on my mobile tool box.

  5. Rather than “wake up to your enslavement”, something along the lines of “Sons of liberty, Join us!” or something else. The enslavement line makes me think of infowars. Also #2 is the best of all of them, good imagery.

  6. I like 4 because lets face it the Zionists have really taken a toll on this nation. I like the words “What they forgot to tell you” as it may draw interest. Just my 2 cents.

  7. Maybe , a combination of # 1 & # 5 . I like the colors from # 5 , & the message from # 1 . Just my my opinion .

  8. I was torn between 1 and 2, but I voted for 2. It’s clean, simple and easy to read on the road. Also, I live in Massachusetts, so it resonates with me and I think drivers in my area would be responsive to it.

      1. LOL James, I’ll go take a walk down the street to the lake. I always feel freer by the water, and it’s in NH! 🙂

        1. We are here to welcome you when you are ready, whatever part you choose to start a new life!I realize at moment not totally free but you will find a step in right direction:either that or we as a people fight like hell as a state to make more welcoming!

  9. I like #6 removing the face, permitting letters to be larger(bolder) and adding
    “News With Truth”.

  10. One last Suggestion:

Choice 3: I would put the following phrase under the show title:

From The Trenches World Report . Com

    Real News,… From Real Patriots!

JD – US Marines – In fact,.. you could probably use that phrase, “Real News,.. From Real Patriots!” on any of the other sticker choices.

    1. I like your phrase, but would make some minor changes to avoid an accusation of infringement on domain rights, such as “Real news from real Patriots!” or “Real News From Real Patriots!” as there is a network called “The Real News Network” with the url therealnews.com. Just my 1/2 cent.

  11. Reporting the truth / truth in reporting

Where the truth can be found

    Wake up to the truth

    Where truth reigns supreme

    GOT TRUTH?

    Nothing but the truth

    Pure truth, no b.s.

    All truth, all the time

Just a few off the top. Since the truth is what we’re about, I think the word truth should be in there somewhere.

    #s 1, 2, & 3 are the easiest to read.

  12. I say bumper sticker #1, but change the “Wake up to your enslavement” to “Wake up to the truth”.

  13. I like #1 & #6 (Voted for #6 [Cause it’s home 🙂 ])
Maybe changing “Wake Up From Your Enslavement”
    to
“Real News” or “The Real News” Or “Real News & Real Views”
Might make people wonder what they might be missing & curious enough to check it out. ?

      1. Heya Digger 🙂
Hated to comment on my way out, have 2 more apps to drop off today then off to shippers. Hopefully won’t be gone too long and can make it back before “The Word” starts. Missed your comments a couple of days ago, glad to see ya back 🙂
