Deadlock. No budget can be passed. No extension of unemployment benefits. No bills to reign in the ever increasing power of this insurgent government. No bills to force the prosecution of the international terrorist banksters who have brought our country to its knees can be passed. It seems it is just impossible to move a piece of legislation these days. Well not all together impossible or actually even that hard, if it is a piece of legislation designed to complete the implementation of the police state in the US.
S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act, was introduced November 15, 2011. Two short weeks later the bill is before our Senate. Section 1031 of this proposed legislation, if passed, would allow for the arrest and indefinite detention of US citizens by the US military within the borders of the US.
This provision represents blatant treason and an act of war being perpetrated against we the people, our Constitution, and our Republic. The 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th Amendments for the Constitution of the united States of the Americas guarantees absolutely that we the people will never be deprived of our life, liberty, or property except through the due process of the law as described in the aforementioned Amendments.
The treason being committed in the US Senate equates to nothing short of an injunction upon our right to due process. It is a nullification of our Bill of Rights, not through a Constitutional Convention, but rather through an unconstitutional action of the Congress, of which our Constitution was written and enacted to restrain.
This provision is a direct act of the international corporate mafia as it has reached a point in our history wherein these criminals know that they have been exposed and that we the people are going to exercise our rights under our Constitution to bring them to justice. The lowlife scum who are trying to justify this treason are once again using the decade old false flag of 9/11 as cause.
This legislation, coupled with the Patriot Act, literally eliminates the citizen’s right to expose the unlawful acts of the government through the Article III Courts. If this legislation passes the necessity for gun confiscation laws is negated.
These treasonous lowlifes will orchestrate another false flag event through the US CIA and Israeli Mossad. They will blame the treachery on Iran and when the majority of the people in this country refuse the lie and demand that this illegitimate insurgent government steps down, they will declare a state of emergency and order the military to come for our guns in an attempted socialist coup.
Do not forget what was said after 9/11, “Either you are with us or you are with Al Qaeda.”
They could not succeed in overthrowing our Constitution by destroying our economy and selling the people socialism as a cure to our ills. So they will implement an absolute totalitarian military dictatorship as their final attempt to destroy our Republic.
