I will hazard a guess that the courts will reject these suits out-of-hand, claiming the facts in the case are already well known. I’ve been hoping that the suits by Newtown “parents” against Bushmaster go forward in order to force the release of photos and documents of the crime scene, autopsies and death certificates of the alleged victims. It would perhaps clarify whether this event actually happened or not.

You’ll find very few here that don’t believe Sandy Hoax was 100% fake.
