  • I think its dumb to post something like this on Facebook…
  • Not me . One misstep or slip up and it could blowup in your face. Could blind you for life.
  • Kind of looks dangerous a la Road runner coyote
  • A lot of unstable idiots look at this site. You might want to remove this!
  • No! You might wanna mind your own business!
  • Save for POST-shtf as this is very illegal. That said, the design itself concerns me. I’d say I accidentally set off a mouse trap about 1 in 3 times when setting one. And this has no safety …
  • The safety is… you don’t put the shotgun shell in until it is set?
  • More like, you don’t have your ex-wife put the shell into it until it’s set …
  • I agree with Jennifer….why put this on public media? You help ill intending idiots figure out new ways of causing hurt…..keep it in your emails which I get plenty of from you!
  • Darwinism darling……
  • not sure I get the connection Rita…but no worries.
  • This is what happens when you do dumb sh!t like this
  • Found these while trout fishing in a national forest in the 80′s. Took a trip into the woods to take care of business and seen a trip wire. Followed trip wire and this was fastened to a tree. Looked around and seen 11 more. The shells had the bb’s removed and were there to scare people away from the pot field that they were around. I couldn’t resist and fired them all off. Reported what I found and I have been back several times but never found any more.
  • I’m not a fan of indiscriminate killing devices…what if a child trips it? Or someone else equally innocent?
  • I agree that this was bad timing to post this. Somebody might get a visit from ATF over this. Some things do not need to be offered to the general public and this is one of them. There are enough nut jobs out there that will try this and blow off their own hand or set it someplace and hurt/kill an innocent. So many things wrong with this design that will injure the user but I will not offer ways to make it safer. This is one to leave alone.

Not a fan of Fakebook, but that was funny. 😆

This would be excellent for a boobie trap, with a latched trip wire. I would devise a catch latch (other than the hair trigger that comes with the rat trap) with a pulley.

You’ll just have to remember where you hid your trap.

  2. That’s actually pretty cool. With a tripwire added it would make a nice makeshift claymore, or even flare signal.

What a wimp, they are fun, ask any drone pilot.
Actually you need to fund a way to stop the casing from just blowing out the rear.
Coating with superglue helps, or fixing a metal strap (missing the firing pin) across it.
Where I live, all forms of spring-guns are illegal but if they were legal then these would make nice cheap fun toys.
